*This review may be somewhat graphic if you are uncomfortable talking about bowel movements* I started using this recently after hearing an ad on the radio. I have been struggling with constipation from medication for a long time and have used many different products. Recently I was blocked up so bad I literally could not gather the strength to push. I was out of steam and just could not go. I said to myself I was not going to struggle anymore and find something to flush me out. I bought this and at first I took 3 at night, but nothing happened. So I upped it to 5. No change, so I took 7 the next night. I woke up a few times very thirsty and drank a lot of water. When I woke up, I felt that I may have to go. It was not a overwhelming I dont know if I can make it to the bathroom type feeling. There was no cramping, just a little gas. But wow, the floodgates opened and with hardly any straining or pushing at all, everything came out. I went 4 or 5 more times that day. It liquefied the whole blockage very gently with no uncomfortable cramping. I felt so much better inside and relieved that I didnt have to worry about how I was going to get through my next movement. People who suffer from constant constipation know what I mean. I take 3 every day and maybe 5 when I feel I need it. I have never strained or felt uncomfortable since. If you are suffering please try it, and if it doesnt work keep upping the dose until it happens and make sure to drink a lot of water! It needs water to work. If you are worried about the quality because of the lower price, do not, this works just the same as the more expensive product. I have used both and cant tell the difference.

Mag07 never disappoints when cleansing. You will find what your body can handle because it definitely does the job of eliminating waste. The only time I find discomfort is when there is blockage and it is moving it out. Make sure to read directions and follow them so you can get the results.

This product is something I continue to use on an ongoing basis and it is of help some of the time. It is not always as effective as I would like it to be. Some days I find I have to take more capsules than it states to take and other days I do not. Ill be honest, I dont really understand how it works, when it works. I know it is magnesium based and somehow releases oxygen into the digestive tract on a time-released basis which creates a stool softening effect. I deal with IBS and spasms. Ive had people tell me to use this or that and it will work. They promise me, but truthfully our bodies are all different and what works for one does not always work for another. Ive actually used this product quite a bit and have hesitated to write a review because I dont want to dissuade others from trying it to see if it will work for them because it might be the best thing youve ever tried. I have a difficult digestive system that seems to march to its own drum and does what it wants and I will say this product has been the most helpful of many I have tried over the years. Spasming creates problems no matter what a person tries. If you have them, you know this. I think the better the diet and the more consistent one is in exercising the more effective a product like this is. Discussing ones elimination system is quite taboo, but the truth is, if it doesnt work right it can make us very sick so it is important for it to work. I hope if you try it you find it works very well for you.

Ive been using this product for 4 months, and it consistently allows me to empty my bowel. I take 3 pills at night, and within an hour of getting up the next morning, I am in the bathroom, and it is quick, painless, and surprisingly effective. I have struggled with constipation issues most of my adult life, usually getting temporary when I changed my diet, but after time, my body always ended up in hoarding mode, meaning, I just didnt go. While I wish I could go without the aid of pills, at least these pills work, and they are much less uncomfortable than taking laxatives. Another benefit is, Im not waiting around the house all morning, like I had to with laxatives. This is kind of a one and done thing. Glad I found these, and as someone who has tried many different products, I highly recommend these pills.

I’ve been chronically constipated since birth, basically. I’ve got some gut issues, and it’s difficult to find things that will help, and often when something DOES help or I DO have a movement it’s not enough. I’ll not poop for a week (literally) and then finally when I do, it’s like what a chihuahua would poop. I am forever very bloated, sluggish, and uncomfortable. BUT, last night I took 3 of these, and I thought they didn’t work, maybe they needed to be taken for like a week to get your body used to it or maybe I didn’t take enough? so tonight I took 5. Well, surely due to the 3 I had taken last night (as it would be too soon for the 5 tonight to work), I suddenly had to go, not 10 mins after the 5 I took. Not like, emergency need to go, but probably what a normal person feels like when they have to go! And I POOPED!! and it was GLORIOUS!! It wasn’t diarrhea. It was a regular poop. A regular amount! Which, I can feel is not enough for 30 years of being backed up, but it feels nice to have some relief. Hopefully 5 isn’t too much for me tomorrow and i’m not on the toilet in agony, but i’ll keep taking these and hopefully start to become “regular” and FINALLY get the feeling women in tampon commercials seem to get, with their cartwheels and twirls, except mine will be because of empty bowels. So far so good! Very happy to have pooped tonight. UPDATE: 5 pills is too many pills for a bathroom that shares a wall with your in-laws.

Our daughter who is 3 years old has been suffering constipation since she was a little baby. Weve done everything to ensure that she has enough fiber and water, but that wasnt enough. It turns out she was actively withholding from pooping. The pediatrician and Pediatric GI both concluded that she most like had a painful bowel movement and as a result, is holding her poop. By holding her poop, her colon grows and her feeling to go poop diminishes so she goes on longer and longer. Basically a downward spiral. This has been completely heartbreaking and aggravating for us. Weve tried toy/ice cream incentives. Weve tried Miralax. Milk of Magnesia. While Miralax helped, she complained of tummy aches. Milk of Magnesia was fine as it kept her stools soft, but not more than that. A parent of a child at my daughters school recommended Mag 07 as she had the same issue as our daughter. So we have been putting 2 1/2 pills in her bottle of milk before each night (we break open the capsules and make sure it is mixed in well). She hasnt complained of tummy aches and her stools remain soft. Now we are just at the point of waiting for her to break the cycle of being afraid of pooping. She definitely cries less now when she poops and seems less scared, but she is still holding back. We will continue the Mag 07 and just hope for the best.

I had heard mention of this product first from Dr. Oz, second from JJ Smith, and then third from a relative. I had looked for it in local pharmacy areas but had no luck. The amazing Amazon carries everything right. Now review of the product, the reason you are reading: let me say, Ive been dx with IBS w/ constipation and GERD. So, when you hear of anything that will get you moving and keep you moving is all that and a must have. Having stubborn bowels is and has been a problem for me for as long as I can remember. I am a Linzess user as well. The plus of this product it is w/o a Rx. My first usage was kinda scary. It gave me diarrhea after taking the suggested 5 capsules. Could very well have been from taken the Linzess that morning. Im not sure. Please be advised that these are very LARGE capsules. I have a hate relationship w/ pills period, I hate taking them for whatever reason. Gag reflex thing. But anyway, since gummies are not an option on all my pills I will continue gagging. The next night because of fear I only had taken two capsules with nothing happening at all. The third evening I went back to five and the next morning had a go but was disappointed. If youre anything like me you want to see something bc u know its in there. As Im writing this is my fourth day and cant say I have a like or dislike as far as the cleansing. Mayb not enough water before and after. Will try that. I can say though, I have not had to take my omeprazole at all. And its prescribed twice a day. No heartburns or indigestion. Loving that. Also, the belly I knew I had under all that bloat was a welcome to see. I have not taken the Linzess to give this product a fair review. Also, I do take digestive enzymes which helps also with the less bloating. As we all know everyones system is different but because my relative and I have similar bowel situations and she swears by this product. Im going to stick with it. What do I have to lose???!!!

As a woman in her 60s, I am frequently troubled by constipation. Laxatives are not the way to go. Mag 07 guarantees morning eliimination, painlessly and without troublesome side effects. Ive given samples to my friends and now they are all using it. For me, I need 2. Sometimes I can skip a day and then sometimes I need 3. That is the top limit though. One of my friends says 1 per night and life is perfect. The best way to take this is at night with a big glass of water. Over time, your entire tract will be squeaky clean. Ive used this product for 5 years steadily. This may be TMI, (but the topic is pooping after all), but I never had smelly gas. Fluff, yes, but no odors. Im out of the country now and made sure I took plenty with me. If you have medical concerns, show the product to your doctor. All my friends did, and they got the thumbs up. Magnesium is a needed mineral and the vast majority of Americans are deficient. Note that this particular form does not provide much magnesium to correct deficiency, though. It is primarily for treating constipation.

I thought I would not mind 3 capsules every night, but alas, I do.
