Functional device, but when connecting to 10MB, 100MB, of 1GB devices they all light up the 1GB LED.

Works like its not even there. Perfect. Its worth buying name brand stuff like this...better engineering and piece parts used. That off branded, unheard of stuff fails.

Seems to do exactly what its supposed to without any loss in speeds.

It is a cheap and effective way to either have more gigabit ports, or have a small private LAN setup.

Its working great on my network so far, I have PS4, PS3, Xbox one and 3 computers connected to it. I have this switch connected to my TP-Link AC1750 Smart WiFi Router.

Great solution for hard wired devices.

We have found our selves in then need to increase the abilities of our home network. With the addition of Smart TVs and the different devices feeding the TVs, computers and things like thermostats, weather stations we had to add more ports for the hardwired connections we have added. We do not use WIFI for anything except phones and things that do not offer hardwired connections. It makes the security less of an issue this way and the speed is much better too. Very effective way to add the ports needed without buying a huge switch and use smaller units for individual rooms. Saves on wired home runs
