Stopped working after 8 months of use. I didn’t realize it but after 4 months my wired speeds had slowed down to 15 mbps from 200 mbps. I had blamed it on the ISP but my wireless was still at 200 mbps. I just figured I had a bad wire somewhere. Nope. The whole time it was this device and now it doesn’t work at all. I plugged in the 5 port version of this I was using in my computer room and all my wired accessories are at 200 mbps.

We needed a new switch for the multiple devices and I trust the Netgear name. this is working perfectly.

My house is wired with cat6 to each room, but was wired for telephone. I bought this switch to convert my home to hardwired Ethernet.

Great and reasonable priced 8-port ethernet switch. This thing worked flawlessly with my Linksys RE6400 and now all my ethernet devices can hit the internet without me having to move my router.

This was a great little router for the price and security. I run several small PCs for mining and this fit the bill perfectly.

The UNIX philosophy says that every program should do one thing and do it well. This switch does one thing - forwards packets between ethernet ports - and does it well. Very competent little guy for the money. Seems sturdy enough, no complaints. Easily and consistently getting speeds over 100 MB/s (megabyte, not megabit) when copying files between computers now.

It’s a good switch at a reasonable price.
