Easy to setup does what it was designed for.

Bought this on September 19, 2020. It is now November 23, 2020 and it has stopped working. The window to return closed a month ago. Netgears quality has gone down. Not worth the aggrivation...

Its a gigabit switch, whats not to love?

Does exactly what it claims, works great so far and was very reasonably priced.

Dead easy to install and use. No setup required as it an unmanaged switch...no drops in bandwidth

I have hooked up some cameras and computers using this splitter. No problems at all.

Received a Netgear 8port switch the next day in a sealed consumer package. This switch was bought to replace the switch part of two wifi routers. I was experiencing bottlenecks and couldn’t figure out why. Removed one router and moved all network connections to switch. Bottleneck gone. Can run multiple streams and get my email off my phone when I couldn’t before. Wireless router aren’t good at managing switches. Only problem is must register account with Netgear to get warrantee. This s illegal in Ontario Canada. Company should revise their documentation.

Buyers Beware, I registered the product within the 90 days that they require but the warranty for this product doesnt last 6 months as mine died on me in less than 6 months. No options are available to replace I always though at least a year. Shame on me. I will never buy another Netgear product unless their warranty policy changes. I have switches from DLink and Linksys still working after 3 years leads me to believe Netgear makes cheap products that they know will fail or theyd have better support.
