Switches bits just fine, and uses less power than the old model. I ended up buying two.

Awesome product. It allowed the two ethernet ports on my Synology NAS to be connected. Now copying large video files takes seconds!

Has a 4 port has no issues, came across the 8 port for $16 cant go wrong there.

What can you say about a NETGEAR switch aside from the fact it just works great? Literal plug n play setup and all the ease youd expect at a low price. I purchased this to expand the home network from my 12 year old NETGEAR 5 slot switch (which was aces too).

worked as expected. lasted almost 3 years. I think a power surge fried it. all the lights are on like if all the ports are in use.
