didnt expect the instruction is in japanese. However it works fine with my boy nintendo 3DS. Dont have any problem with it, just plug in and play

Unfortunately it is not needed with the newer 3DS XL, which is what I bought it to go with. Probably my fault for not researching more. But cant hold that against the product. It works as advertised with our older 3DS devices that have Bluetooth capabilities.

It came very fast and well packaged. This item is very useful if you want to have NFC on your old Nintendo device. It works fast and batteries last for a long time.

There were a lot of questions about compatibility I had to do a lot of googling about before pulling the trigger. If someone had taken the more common questions and added the answers to the description this would have been a no-brainer. If you plan on keep your older xDS hardware around and use amiibos then you need this. Luckily the NEW 3DSes and the soon to be released NEW 2DS have this function built in.

We didnt have any problems figuring this out. It was smaller than we expected it to be but hey, the little guy does all we expected it to do!

Great product for playing with amiibos with. Comes with batteries which is a good touch. The nfc reader feels like good quality and i personally recommend this product to anyone who has the older 3ds or a 2ds.

I recommend this to people like me that dont want to buy a New Nintnedo 3ds, but still want to use amiibos. I used my amiibos for Fire Emblem Fates just in case anyone was wondering
