It works as described! The only thing about it is, I wish it was smaller and didnt use Double A batteries. And as noted on the product it must be very close to the 3DS in order to send a signal.

For pre- near field communication devices like older 3ds. Must have for amiibos to work

Its smaller than I expected and cute and works really well. I didnt realize it was going to be wireless but thats good too! Also, it comes with its own batteries.

Great product for playing with amiibos with. Comes with batteries which is a good touch. The nfc reader feels like good quality and i personally recommend this product to anyone who has the older 3ds or a 2ds.

Syncs very easily to your 3ds and works great. Dont have to go out and buy a new 3DS just for amiibo support, you only need 20 bucks for this thing.

Works as intended and arrived as it should have. My niece loves it, she can use Amiibo on her Nintendo 3ds now.

Bought this for my daughter who loves the Amiibos and she was so excited to be able to use them on her 3DSXL as well as her WiiU!

Bought this to use with my 3DS which did not have this capability in the software when I bought it. I have bought two amiibos and am currently using one. Everything works great. I am very happy with my purchase.

Works great and its super light. Its also relatively small which is great for travel. The packaging has easy-to-follow instructions and it reads amiibo quickly and clearly!
