Noctua NF-F12 PWM chromax.Black.swap, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (120mm, Black)

I have two of these working on a 240mm radiator and they are inaudible at 50%. Even my 150mm EK Vardars arent that quiet. Im impressed and the quality is great. Noctua never fails to impress.

Im a tremendous fan (steady) of Noctua products. They are my preferred cooling solution. This CPU cooling fan doesnt change that opinion. Why 4 stars then? Anti-vibration pads. The Noctua NF-A15 HS-PWM chromax.Black.swap I bought a few months back came with 8 each of the 5 different color options - and looks great as part of its computers color theme. This Noctua NF-F12 PWM chromax.Black.swap comes with 4 each. Nitpicky, maybe. But every time I looked at that computer Id see the mismatched pads on the corners of the fan, which as you know is seen front and center. I ended up buying Noctua NA-SAVP1 chromax accessory pads so I could fix the issue and return serenity. Which also means I ultimately paid more for this 120mm NF-F12 than the140mm NF-A15.

Got this specifically due to Noctuas reputation for quality, quiet products for air cooling a PC. The amount of air pulled by this fan, as well as the noise levels are fantastic.

These are the first Noctua fans I ever used and it sure works so much better than the original fans that came with my NZXT kraken x73 AIO fans.

Replaced the Corsair H60 fan with this and immediately noticed a difference. My CPU runs cooler and it is much quieter.

I bought this fan to go along with the other one that came with the U12S cooler I had also gotten and the both of them have completely cooled my temps down and are ridiculously quiet.

Stupid design. I have (had) 4 of these and the latest one has a tiny cable (not even an inch) with a PWM extension. My other 3 arent like this. Ruins chances for clean cable management and aesthetics so much, Im returning the NH-U12S with extra fan and going with a different cooler.
