Nova Development US, Print Artist Platinum 25

Arrived quickly , Installed without a hitch, many features. I’ve been using Print Artist for years and it does not disappoint. My laptop crashed and therefore lost all programs. Ordered CD version to install on new laptop. Installed and works perfectly on my new laptop with the newest version of Windows 10.

For over 20 years, I have run a singing telegram company, and used Print Artist for designing our certificates to present at the delivery. Ive always found this program easy to use, with tons of images. Easy to use interface, even when you want to import your own image. I was disappointed when I recently bought a Win 10 laptop, and my older Print Artist Platinum was incompatible. I was reluctant to buy it again, but did so based on its track record. The new version is just as nice as the old. Installation was a breeze, and I was up and running on the Win 10 laptop in no time. For the beginner, this product is easy to use - drop and drag with easy to understand menus and features. For the more advanced user, there are menu options and tweaks that allow even finer manipulation to suit your creative genius.

Please listen to me...if this program was FREE, it wouldnt be worth it!!! If I could give it minus 10 stars, I would. I read all the reviews and bought it anyway because I had to make a flyer for an event right away. I was able to make it but it took many hours when it should have taken minutes because it kept shutting down or freezing. Now Im trying to make something else and as soon as I start to choose a font, the program closes. I bought it at Staples and they will only return it for the same program. I am using Windows 8.1. I hate to throw money away but thats what I did in buying this. Dont make the same mistake.

On Win 10. Designing features seem to work, but it does not connect to printers - ANY printers! There is NO tutorial or help available. I did contact the company and for $10. you can talk to someone who may or may not fix the problem with the brand new software. Terrible customer service!

I never got a chance to even see what this product was like because I couldnt install it. Once the disc was loaded, I was presented with a registration form asking for product name and serial number. I couldnt get past this screen without an entry. It asked what version this was (22, 25), etc, but there was no indication of it on the disc or the package. There was no indication, as well, of the serial number, so I couldnt install it. Forget about support, because there was no number to call. Novas Knowledge Base asked for version number, which I couldnt provide. There is no telephone or even chat available, so forget about support. I certainly would not consider other Nova products.

I was unable to download print artist because I have windows ten. I had my desk top worked on because I couldn’t download it and they said nobody could use print artist if they had windows ten . SO I waisted my money!!!

I Dislike the program because I find it difficult t o find a project.

Not designed for british paper sizes. Not clear or easy to use card stock settings

Most of what I use the software for is making quarter cards. To be able to do this with this software requires MUCH effort, and so many of the ready-made cards are the larger ones. I have used more user-friendly software, but I DO like the cards themselves.
