Nova Development US, Print Artist Platinum 25

Terrible! Cant save work completely. When i go back and open a previous project inly part of the work was saved, in spite of me saving after every change. Crashes in the middle of projects. Please avoid Print Artist software. It keeps getting worse and worse with each new version.

Doesn’t work properly

I had higher hopes for this software. I wanted to make birthday invitations for my sons 1st birthday. I found an invitation on Pinterest I liked and I thought Oh Ill buy this software, I can come up with something similar. Nope. I spent several hours trying to create an invitation. All of the graphics I used were copied and pasted from online. The graphics provided with this software are mediocre, poor selection. The font selection is no better than what you get using MS Word. Using the disk, the home screen has a bonus font button all it does it bring up a bunch of file folders and you click on each folder there are families of fonts in the folder. You have to click on the font to open another window to see what the font looks like, then you can download it if you want. Im not spending 16 hours digging through font folders. I could not find a way to download all the fonts at once. This might be better suited for someone who wants to use a template to create a card or brochure. I found this software to be inadequate for creating a custom/from scratch birthday invitation.

I put the cd in my laptop slot then nothing!

Cheap graphics, hard to use graphics from online or another software.

Sadly CD was faulty but Company was excellent with assisting me in installing programme. I am very pleased as it is a very good programme, easy to use and delivers great results

I have had this program for over a week trying to get it to work with windows 10 and my printer. The program gives me a spooling error in which I have looked up what it means and have reset the spools more than twice. It still does NOT work. I emailed tech support and received an email stating it was my printer not the software. I can print from everywhere BUT this program. You tell me where the problem lies? Tech support gave me the same answer twice. Im DONE! Basically it does NOT work with Windows 10 so dont waste your money on it. It will drive you insane trying to fix something that cant be fixed!

Ive used Print Artist Platinum products for years but with 25 Ive had nothing but problems when trying to use my own photo files. NEVER had that problem with ANY of the versions in the past. Sorry I paid good money for this stand alone upgrade.

This version is nothing close to the previous version. The software company changed the UI and called it version 25. It does not remember the custom layout and setups. The whole compressed download file of the Platinum version is approx. 137MB. The compressed file of the cheaper version Print Artist signs, posters... is 256MB and it is not a platinum version. I have contacted Cust Service and Hopefully I will hear from that. I have used Print Artist since version 3 and this is the first I have been disappointed with version 25.
