Nova Development US, Print Artist Platinum 25

I had a lot of problems once downloaded, it came in a foreign language (German I think) and I had to find out how to get English. The program was confusing and I returned the item and got refunded ONLY THE TAX part of my purchase. I had used this program before but with a new computer I had to buy an updated program. I repurchased one locally and with a little learning I was printing labels once again.

Background: We owned and used American Greetings Create-a-Card program for years, but had to stop using it when we upgraded Windows.... so, we started looking for a replacement. Print Artist Platinum was the highest rated, so we got it (we actually purchased Print Artist Platinum 24).

Finding out you have to be connected to the internet to even begin a project with templates. I had it years ago where you downloaded them ALL from the disc. Its ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and a piece of crap if there isnt any preloaded!!!!

Ive used Print Artist for 15 years and things worked well. Then I got a new PC which has Win 8. Print Artist 23 runs fine on Win 7 and should have worked on Win 8 like my other software. However Print Artist 25 which is supposed to be compatible with Win 8 was trouble from the beginning. It wouldnt install so that the top and bottom toolsbars show. I called tech support they wanted as much for tech support as I paid for the program. Dell tech support realized that Print Artist 25 will only display correctly with a 1 or 2 pixel settings. I made 3 cards and the next problem surfaced. Id try to make a card and the program displayed PRINT ARTIST HAS STOPPED WORKING. This time there wasnt a solution. I returned the program within the 90 day warranty and that is nothing but a scam. Forget about getting your money back. Nova Development needs to be sued.

Got this for a present for my wife she loves it easy to use and stall really easily had no issues with it came in on time hasnt great price would recommend

Program not only crashes but it disappears from you screen. It is very difficult to print the work you created.

Arrived quickly , Installed without a hitch, many features. I’ve been using Print Artist for years and it does not disappoint. My laptop crashed and therefore lost all programs. Ordered CD version to install on new laptop. Installed and works perfectly on my new laptop with the newest version of Windows 10.

Repeated requests to unsubscribe or to halt Nova email solicitations have been ignored.
