I downloaded from the disk asked foe the key code and it would nt install , I kept getting that I had to be online(I WAS), then I tried to go to the download site and cant find it. I tried to get support and they told Me to send it back. Now I have to drive 78 miles to ups to send it back. NO SUPPORT at all. Not going to send it back as it will cost more to drop it at ups. Another piece of trash for the dump.

Having tried other programs that I could not get to work, I was a bit dubious ( others said they worked on windows 10 but didn’t) but I just put the cd into my laptop followed instructions then let it do its own thing and hey presto it worked. Thank you. It is so easy to use and it’s great to have it on laptop for making that quick card that you need.

> 3 dayGood program however, If you do not connect your computer to the internet, you wont be able to use the print Artist platinum 25s vast clip art and templates. Another way for Nova to cheapen up the product and maintain control over the purchaser.
