would not work

I wanted to find something to replace my Print Shop 23 program that doesnt work with my new computer but was very disappointed in the lack of features in comparison with my Print Shop program. This product was the same price, so if it was cheaper then I wouldnt have been so disappointed.

Might be ok for some, but I dont like it. Im looking for something like the old Picasso.,

Id rate lower if permitted. This was a huge disappointment. It IS NOT Print Artist! After attempting to install from the CD and using the link provided with the disk its SpeedUpMyPC; NOT PRINT ARTIST. There is no Print Artist on either.

Im terribly disappointed that the program wouldnt work on my computer. I ordered this from Amazon, had it shipped to the Philippines and just installed it. Ive written the maker but they have not responded to my email. Ive used printartist for many years but when my old computer crashed, they told me I need an updated program to work with windows 10. I dont know what to do with this one when all my files are in the old format and this wont work.

Did not download from the CD so had to do it online that was OK.

I never got a chance to even see what this product was like because I couldnt install it. Once the disc was loaded, I was presented with a registration form asking for product name and serial number. I couldnt get past this screen without an entry. It asked what version this was (22, 25), etc, but there was no indication of it on the disc or the package. There was no indication, as well, of the serial number, so I couldnt install it. Forget about support, because there was no number to call. Novas Knowledge Base asked for version number, which I couldnt provide. There is no telephone or even chat available, so forget about support. I certainly would not consider other Nova products.

WORST thing you could buy. There is not ONE thing good about this product. It needs negative stars. Its formatting is the worst, its graphics, its support, everything is awful.

GREAT, love it......

This was advertised as a newer product than what I had. It is not! It is the exact same fonts and program that I have had for the past several years. This was a waste of money. Dont buy this if you already have a print artist. It is not an upgrade.!
