We get the same ratio of calcium and Magnesium , we know that calcium by itself does not help a bit, because calcium by itself gets our bones as egg shells, super hard which makes them to break easily and inside basically hallow. So with equal ratios we do amazing!

It seems to be as good as the other one I was taking so only time will tell I suppose. will add to this review if I find it does not work the price was right to try it and so I am.
