I bought this product because Ive been having a long term problem with sleep. I kept waking up between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m. and not being able to get back to sleep. For about 2 years Ive not gotten more than 6 hours sleep a night. I had to take a nap every day. I read an article that said Magnesium can help with sleep. So I gave it a try. This actually worked for me. Ive been taking one of these capsules a day for about 1.5 months now and Im sleeping about 7-8 hours every night. It took a few weeks for it to kick in, but now even if I wake in the middle of the night, Im eventually able to get back to sleep. Sometimes I sleep right through. Its been wonderful! I feel so much better and rarely take a nap anymore.

I tried these rather than ordering my usual brand based on all of the positive reviews but my restless legs and leg cramps are back. Does not seem to be working.

I just got these . I’m impressed by the quality of the seal . I put 1 pill next to a tic tac to give you an idea of size . Very easy to swallow .

I was super skeptical when my wife told me to try magnesium supplements to help me sleep. I thought the idea was ridiculous, but I was tired of taking sleeping pills that basically had me wrecked and impaired my functionality the next day, so I gave it a shot. I was shocked when I actually felt sleepy about a half hour after taking these, and that I slept through the night but felt great the next morning, not drugged. They really do work, and via a mineral supplement, not some pharmaceutical. If you have trouble sleeping, definitely give this a shot.

I dont take this every day, but I should. I can tell the difference when I take this vitamin. I feel better and have more energy.

I had tried a Triple Magnesium from the Drugstore & it obviously was not working/absorbing! When I switched to the NOW Brand Magnesium 400 mg I could feel the difference! It is a capsule so it is easy to swallow as opposed to a hard tablet. Item was delivered fresh and packaged well. Very happy with NOW Magnesium 400 mg. I take it with the NOW Super Enzymes!

First two ingredients, Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Citrate. Magnesium Oxide has the lowest absorption rate, and Magnesium Citrate is normally used as a laxative. For two days, Ive been wondering why I got explosive diarrhea after my second cup of coffee. My fault for not reading the label more carefully.

I have had peripheral neuropathy in both of my feet for more than 10 years. I have been to every kind of specialist in an effort to find the cause, but no one had any idea what was causing it. I had previously been taking a supplement that had 250 mg each of potassium and magnesium once daily. I began taking the NOW 400mg magnesium on 1/12/2021 and almost instantly my neuropathy began improving. I can feel an apparent decrease in inflammation and an increase in the blood flow to my extremities. My calves and my feet definitely feel much better when sitting, standing and walking. My feet are still uncomfortable - read that: numb - when I lie down at night to sleep, but not as bad depending on what I eat. This problem didnt happen overnight, so I dont expect to be cured or 100% better overnight, either. But it is a start and is very encouraging. I think Im onto something here and will be reporting this to my neurologist and endocrinologist. Ive read there are some things that deplete magnesium in the body, like a high percentage or ratio of calcium in the body and frequent urination. I believe that this is a positive development and something to explore further with my doctors to look for relief. All I know is that, after all of these years, I didnt find any relief till I began taking the NOW supplement. I dont know if it was their product, the amount of dosage, type(s) of magnesium or what. But its working for me and Im going to keep taking it.

I purchased this item thinking it was 100% CITRATE source, but when viewing the label apon receiving it, I see it was derived from Oxide primarily and then a third source also. It should say this on the ad.
