I am on blood pressure medication, which has worked well. A week ago, ago, though, when I took the morning reading, my diastolic number (the lower one) was too low., and it continued to be low for several days Maybe dehydration, I figured, but also realized this has started shortly after I began taking two of these magnesium capsules before going to bed. This is my own fault, because I should have done my research *and* the bottle says one capsule, but do a search and youll find that >350 mg of magnesium daily can cause side effects that include low blood pressure/fainting, I stopped taking the caps and my BP returned to normal. One of these is 400, so if you also get it in a multivitamin ... just saying. I have always liked and trusted the NOW brand.

the magnesium supplement I was using has disappeared off the shelves of the stores I go to and the price tripled on Amazon so I had to find a new brand this is a capsule which I am accustomed to taking as pills have no effect on my body. It seems to be as good as the other one I was taking so only time will tell I suppose. will add to this review if I find it does not work the price was right to try it and so I am.

I chose NOW because of favorable reviews, and capsule was depicted as 2-tone. I now take 3 supplements that are white. Two of them from NOW. Confusing when organizing.

Wish I would have been more careful, I dislike capsules…oh well have a whole bottle to go. Other than that a okay.

Blood tests have maintained within normal limits while taking this supplement as directed.

I love them my sleep is better. Anxiety and stress levels go down when I take them.

The pill is a bit big but if you take any pill you can take this, it works great for RLS
