So Im usually happy with this brand of magnesium, but the last bottle I got has a strange odor and funky, salty taste. Ive taken two of them, both at night when I wasnt fully paying attention, and each time I thought... yuck!! I finally checked this bottle out and compared it with another unopened bottle I had on hand. Something is definitely wrong with this bottle, although Im pleased that it didnt make me sick. So normally a good brand, but perhaps a bad batch? Lot# 3236432 best by 12/2026

I started taking magnesium glycinate on a friends recommendation to help my terrible sleep. The brand I usually buy was out of stock, so I decided to try this one since its rated highly and I saw numerous reviews saying its helped people sleep even though it doesnt contain magnesium glycinate. In my experience, this brand doesnt help my sleep much at all, especially compared to pure magnesium glycinate. Sure enough, when I looked it up magnesium glycinate is that form that helps with sleep the most. I dont want to give this product a bad review because if youre simply deficient in magnesium over all this is probably the bottle for you, but if youre taking magnesium for sleep aid its probably best to take magnesium glycinate instead or to take this in addition to it.

I have epilepsy and take magnesium every day. This is a brand my doctor recommended I use so far I haven’t had any problems although the pills are large.

These are the best night-time vitamins. They help you rest and regulates your body whole you sleep.

Blood tests have maintained within normal limits while taking this supplement as directed.

This product is awesome! I take one every day. As Women we need this supplement everyday. I found That the company now makes excellent supplements. That being said I purchase all there supplements. I Highly recommend this product.

the magnesium supplement I was using has disappeared off the shelves of the stores I go to and the price tripled on Amazon so I had to find a new brand this is a capsule which I am accustomed to taking as pills have no effect on my body. It seems to be as good as the other one I was taking so only time will tell I suppose. will add to this review if I find it does not work the price was right to try it and so I am.
