First two ingredients, Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Citrate. Magnesium Oxide has the lowest absorption rate, and Magnesium Citrate is normally used as a laxative. For two days, Ive been wondering why I got explosive diarrhea after my second cup of coffee. My fault for not reading the label more carefully.

Wish I would have been more careful, I dislike capsules…oh well have a whole bottle to go. Other than that a okay.

I’ve taken this product for years, and it helps in so many ways. It stopped muscle cramps in legs and toes as well as regulates other necessary functions. Our bodies utilize this mineral in many ways.

I very seldom would remember my dreams... and since taking Magnesium, Ive remembered my dreams. Dreams of many things and people. They are tasteless and, to me, easy to swallow. The pills are kind of large. If you have trouble swallowing pills, these aren’t for you.

I struggled with insomnia, restless legs and nerve pain before starting this a year ago now 8 hours of sleep and nerve pain is down drastically, restless legs are rare now for me. Worth every penny!

I love this brand but lately im having a hard time getting them delivered from Amazon…?

I like the Now brand, and this is a good magnesium supplement. Its not the most effective one Ive taken, but it works and its a lot more cost efficient than the brand that I like the most. I would still recommend this. I take magnesium for sleep and when I get headaches.
