In Windows 10... caused a SECURE BOOT VIOLATION, and took me 4 hours to figure that out... when it finally cloned the SSD, it still wouldnt work correctly... slight chance of operator error, but I doubt it...

I tried to load this. Never go to the serial number because it was trying to install and hung up. T ride to cancel and it stopped and and just sat there with my widows program waiting indicator circling for about 20 minutes while I tried everything I could to get it to shutdown. Turned machine off and then wouldn’t boot . Have 500gb sad and 32 go of ram on a i7. Wanted to clone the old drive to a newer faster 1tb but never got close. Now my machine only boots sometimes, when it would boot in seconds before and it takes (Last try) 12 minutes to shut itself down. Now it says I have no internet and my mouse will not work with wireless. I did have an old wired mouse laying around and for it working. Don’t know what this piece of crap did to my pristine machine but it is screwed right now. Wouldn’t buy this. Not trustworthy.

I was extremely disappointed. When I tried to install the software and entered the serial No., I received the message that the serial number was invalid.

Recovery was unable to locate my product key from Windows 10, had to repurchase a key which is a bit costly consider the NVME this came with was only $70. Absolute worst product Ive ever used, tech support just copies and pastes from their forums when you email.

Had to do recoveries on two computer ‘C’ drives trying to use this. Had one apparent success in cloning a boot drive, however, it won’t boot. Don’t know if I’ll try it again. If I do it will probably be with e stripped drive I don’t care about ruining.

Worked great simple to use clone old overdrive to new one in no time

Goes smoothly as soon as you figure out that UEFI for windows is seen as a raid drive. In order to get the program to copy my main bootable drive, I had to turn off raid (I have no raid drives) and I had to turn off safe boot. Then the program copied the drive byte for byte - including the old drives identification number. After the process was done you have to re-enable UEFI and safe boot.

Update: 27 Dec: From looking at other reviews, it is actually TWO use license. But again, it does not do me any good on the multiple backups on three or more units.

Product was advertised as easy to use cloneing software. It never got beyond the first step in the process.
