I wanted to move from a 256G NVME to a 1TB NVME, and this software did it perfectly in a very short time. New image booted first time, no problems at all. I did have a slight hiccup on the download, as Windows/Chrome conspired to mark the downloaded executable as virus and deleted it. This was fixed by using Microsoft Edge for the download, which now puts the usage counter of that software to 1. Everything else was straightforward, click thru, restart, clone clone clone, shut down, swap the drives, new 1TB C: drive.

Fast Easy, After the first one I had to get 2 more they are that good. No Cons here.

It’s in the advertising. It just works. And I might add, very no brainer. It does all the work. No fuss no muss. Only down size is that you can only use it on a couple of computers and you are locked out.

Well...It did not work. It kept looping.... going back to instalation..... turned off my firewal....still did not work. I tried for one hour. I went to youtube to get some answers. Nothing.... Well, another day when we lose 20 bucks and time.

I cant even give this atrocious product a point of one star-thats how bad I consider it to be. I have a small laptop about a year old with Windows 10 installed that is up-to-date. I was hoping to use this thing to help me clone my laptops ssd to another ssd. First, I had some problems installing the software. Then, after execution, its interface appeared showing both drives seemingly normal. Well, what happens next, Oh, the horror. I was no longer able to boot into Windows. After talking with tech support and getting nowhere, I found a solution on my own and was finally able to get to the Windows desktop. Do yourself a favor and avoid this horrible product.

Complete waste of time and money, spent a few hours with tech support, trying to use NTI Echo to make a clone of my C:/ hard drive in vain. I switched to Acronis and had my clone in about half of an hour.

Loaded easy but it wouldnt work. It kept telling me it couldnt connect to the internet to register the product even though I was on line and connected to the internet. Called the number they gave but they werent open on Saturday. Ill look for another product to use.

Used the clone feature a few times, good results. Customer service helpful when I misplaced my serial numbers :-)

Dear Reader: I absolutely love this product and hope many more people purchase it because 1) it does exactly what NTI says very well, and 2) NTI deserves your business for an excellent product. I suspect most people who have provided negative feedback simply dont understand cloning very well, and those who do, but still write negative reviews, are far too harsh.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! After reading full online documentation, I realized the program would not do what it described in the item description. I returned it unopened and unused. It was sold to me as Prime with Free Returns. $0.00 was refunded. Not worth my time to pursue payment. Dont let this happen to you!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
