Installed it on mini pc . crashed pc had to reinstall windows. tryed to reinstall and not says no more installs available. Hope you have better luck with it

So I got a copy of this software provided through Silicon Power, whom I bought several SSDs from, both 2.5 and m.2 form factors. The drives themselves are great, thus far. I initially bought two 2.5 SSDs and had Windows installed on one of those. A few weeks later I decided to buy an m.2 as well, and wanted to migrate my OS to that drive. Attempting to use Echo as provided by SP was, unfortunately, a mistake.

I cant clone any drives as it appears to think my running OS drive is encrypted. TPM, Bitlocker and drive settings in BIOS are all off.

I need to clone my C: drive to a larger drive because my old drive is running out of space. I plug the new drive into my USB to SATA III adapter cable and plug it into a USB port. Run the program, select the drive and let it run. It copies about 97 - 99% of the drive and then hangs. Does this for several drives.

When they say UNLIMITED use they left out the part about only working on one computer.

I bought the software so I could upgrade to a larger size hard drive on one of my HP ZD7000s. The laptop is 16 years old (still running like new) with a Win 7 OS. The program installed quickly with no issues at all and the cloning of a 60GB drive onto a 160GB drive was fast and effortless.

This software is easy to use & it gave me software for the 2 computers that I needed.

It made pc shut down, then when rebooted it went into Check Disk mode, stayed in the mode 4 hours or more.

I do not have Internet here in backwards Tennessee, and the thing will not run, tech support says pack up the computer tower and monitor and such and goto McDonalds and use the wifi,
