The program basically worked well and did what was expected to clone your slow hard drive to a smaller SSD.

I dont know why they bother to send a cd because you basically have to go to the website to download the product. I was having some difficulty installing it from the cd and tried to call their tech support but the admin assistant who answered the phone said something about them having an issue with their licensing server but was able to tell me how to get to where I needed to go to download the correct product. I will say the software once you are able to get it downloaded is fairly easy to use and worked great for cloning my HDD to my new SSD. I would have given it 5 stars if I didnt have to jump through those hoops to get it working.

open case find paper inside that says option to download, set aside put CD in installed quickly, but when put in key to activate it failed, tried a couple times, then website, used key on paper not inside case, got downloaded installed THEN use key inside case and got activated, time to clone it rebooted computer after a few seconds and started cloning, about 2 seconds and erred out, took some trial and error, but finally tried making it clone without changing partition sizes and was ok, was cloning........after about an hour it was 75% give or take and looked like might be another two hours as it was slowing down, finally gave up, shut down, restarted and computer choked, after startup repair, Win10 had all kinds of problems, good thing is I had an image that I used and half hour later all good. there are free versions that work faster and better. i may not be the best computer guy, but 2 years IT with 4.0 average, building computers over 20 years, installed windows and linux on a lot of computers and a semi-load of 3rd party software, and this rates in top 10% of garbage. do not waste money or time

This is a install and run program

This is very disappointing to spend money on software these days that just wont work. It has been installed at least 15 times. Ive called and theyve given me a different serial number, but so far, I havent been able to get a clone of the hard drive in this computer to put in the computer. I like this machine and really want to keep it running another 5 years if possible before having to change everything out and spend a week getting a new computer the way I like.

When they say UNLIMITED use they left out the part about only working on one computer.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! After reading full online documentation, I realized the program would not do what it described in the item description. I returned it unopened and unused. It was sold to me as Prime with Free Returns. $0.00 was refunded. Not worth my time to pursue payment. Dont let this happen to you!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
