I bought this item with the purpose of cloning my hard drive as a back up in case anything went wrong while I was upgrading my computer. There are no instructions as such with it, but it is pretty straightforward.

I bought this to clone one external hard drive to another, it wiped all 3 hard drives - both external ones and the one on my computer, including the operating system. If I could leave 0 stars and demand a refund, I would.

When they say UNLIMITED use they left out the part about only working on one computer.

I tried several times and was unable to get it to clone. Sent info to product support and was totally ignored.

Recovery was unable to locate my product key from Windows 10, had to repurchase a key which is a bit costly consider the NVME this came with was only $70. Absolute worst product Ive ever used, tech support just copies and pastes from their forums when you email.
