> 3 dayWOW! This is one of the best things I have bought in the last few years. This size is overkill for the 20x15ft room I have used this in. But I will be using this in larger rooms and letting others try this out. I am kicking myself for not buying one sooner! For the last two days I have run this ozone machine in a small 20x15ft room for 2 hours each day. It got rid of all background odors. This room has no mold. This unit imparted a nice sweet ozone smell to the room. Now I plan to run this 60 minutes in this room, running it every other day or twice a week. Just for the fresh clean feeling it gives this room. Running this for two hours... I swear the rooms air looked a bit cloudy. Perhaps from the ozone neutralizing/reacting with some harmful stuff in the room. Baddies hidden in curtains, the beds, the sheets and covers and the clothing closet that I left the door wide open. After shutting this off and letting in fresh air via a window fan, the room had a pleasant and sweet, faint ozone smell for 6 hours. The residual ozone was not at any harmful levels. CONCLUSION: This powerful ozone generator is not just for moldy rooms. This high yield ozone machine is great for freshening up a room.

> 3 dayI wont go on about how awesome this machine is for deodorizing in general... rooms, basements, etcetera. What I WILL tell you is how it dealt with the MOTHER of all STENCH. A refrigerator with meat in it that had lost power. I tried for weeks to get the smell of putrid rotting flesh out of this thing and just before I hauled it to the curb, it occurred to me to try an ozone machine. I just popped it in and let the door seal for several 15 minute sessions, letting it air out in between. It smells like its brand new! - well, it did have that slightly metallic/chlorine smell, but that has dissipated quite quickly. $80 machine saved a $1500 fridge! Good buy and I plan to use it again and again -- DO BE CAREFUL TO NOT BREATH THE OZONE AND MAKE SURE YOU FULLY AIR OUT THE ROOMS BEFORE GOING BACK IN!!!

> 3 dayI purchased the 11,000mg grey version. I purchased a 08 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega 6.7L that was smoked in, probably for about a year which is how long the previous owner had it before he got sick and died. My Dad smokes in his 05 Dodge Ram 2500, and has since it was brand new back in 05. I would rate the smell in his truck a 10 on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the worst. The smell in my truck was about a 4. Not overpowering. It was most noticeable on warm days when the sun was out. The weakness of the smell compared to my Dads is why I think it was smoked in for a short period of time. After cleaning the interior of the truck, I treated the interior for 4 hours with the Ozone machine. I made sure to make a gasket out of thick cardboard, and attached it to the ozone generator with hot glue. Then I inserted a dryer vent tube in the gasket, and sealed it with hot glue so that it would stay in, and used HVAC tape to seal it off. Then I made a gasket for the window side of the tube. This was a simple 1 x 3 cardboard panel with a 4 hole cut in the middle for the tube to go through into the truck interior. I put the Ozone generator on the roof of the truck, since Ozone is heavier than air. To that end, putting the machine on the roof is better than setting it on a small table outside. The first treatment was 4 hours in duration, on a mostly sunny day. The humidity was around 90% though, which wasnt ideal for generating ozone. The next day, my wife could still smell a very faint wisp of cigarette smell. So I ran the Ozone generator for 6 hours, and the humidity was 35% which was much better than the previous day. The temperature was also warmer, at 70°. After 6 hours of running the Ozone generator, I closed up the truck for about an hour, and then let it air out for a few hours that night. The next day, the cigarette smell was completely gone. There is a faint smell of ozone. I expect that will dissipate in the coming days. So far, the purchase of the Ozone generator has been worth it. The truck smells much better. No more odors. Just the very faint sweet smell of Ozone. I have baking soda containers in the truck right now to take care of the sweet ozone smell, which I expect will be gone in the next 24 hours. But no cigarette smell! Today was a hot sunny day, and the cig smell has not come back.

> 3 dayWe have an old commercial building with a damp basement from when a heavy rain leaks in through the ground, so the odor is generally musty. We run multiple dehumidifiers which greatly helps on the moisture content, but not the smell. I originally bought 2 of these units but after using one for a couple of overnight cleanings, I returned the second one because one unit does the job. I set the unit to run for an hour or two in a basement room when we leave for the night. The next morning there may be a slight ozone odor in the first floor, but it usually dissipates by the end of the day. There are two rooms that I would say had stubborn odors. This unit has been remarkable at making a difference in those rooms and the entire basement environment has been greatly enhanced. I now use the unit on a maintenance schedule of two to three nights a week for 60 to 90 minutes run time. This unit puts out a LOT of ozone and you will notice it immediately after it starts running. The amount of ozone requires the space to be unoccupied when running. I highly recommend this unit.

> 3 dayWant to get RID of smoke odors? Pipe? Cigar? Cigarette? You can spend upwards of $1,000 and regardless of what you get, you can still SMELL the residual of the smoke. In a small bedroom, you smoke, they smoked, somebody smoked. Use the highest tech air purifier(s) and youll stilll have a lingering odor. Buy one of these (get one the next size up larger than you think youll need), follow the directions (do not stay in the room!) close the door/windows, etc. and set it for the recommended time in the directions. Come back 8-12 hours later (thats what I did) and all you smell is a fresh sent, a bit strong, like what you smell after an electrical storm... No smoke odor, PERIOD. Just buy it and youll see!!!

> 3 dayMy husband got this to air out a room in our rental the tenants were smoking in the bedroom and should not have been. The smell was awful. We had to paint the walls and ceilings and redo the floors but there’s still a hint of the smell. We’ve run this machine a few times and it seems to have helped a lot it’s usually best right after it’s done and then eventually we get a whiff of smoke and run it again. But I think it’s helping! And at least now it’s not a standing odor in the room

Greater than one weekThis ozone generator lasted only six months and a few weeks. It did the job of removing musty moldy mildewy smells from the basement. Then use it upstairs and after discovering that Electric had gone off I went down to the basement and reset the breaker. Then I went back upstairs and ozone generator wouldn’t work other items upstairs work just fine. This was plugged into a surge suppressor which was also plugged into another surge suppressor and that one was plugged into the wall outlet. This thing cost over 84.00 with tax and should’ve lasted more than six months. Not Happy. After looking over this unit I tried plugging it in to a different electrical outlet in a different room and low and behold it is working just fine once again.

> 3 dayThe product looks professionally engineered, if plain ( i.e., without fancy gimmickry). Likely still manufactured here in the US. Worked as it should. When a technical problem did come up shortly after the warranty expiration, they still made good, and actually replaced it with a new unit. The response and correction were a refreshing experience: (a) getting an actual company person - not a call center. (b) The person was clearly knowledgeable, had adequate authority, and great people skills. Five stars - Excellent product, and customer/user experience.
