Greater than one weekI bought this to connect into my Wink automation to turn on outdoor Christmas lights in 2020. It works great but I had to do some digging on YouTube and other places to get it to integrate with my Wink hub. They should provide better documentation as when I scanned the barcode with the Wink app, it said the device was not supported. I wen through the manual process thanks to youtube videos and it connected. No issues after that but I had to move my Wink hub closer to it as the wireless signal would not reliably pass through the front brick on my house to activate it. Beyond that it works great now and I will be using it every year going forward. Easily integrated with Alexa.

> 3 dayI purchased this item because I needed the 2 channels. I wanted to be able to control the lights differently from the water flow in the foundation. I had a difficult time initially getting SmartThings to recognize the 2 channels, so I reached out to their support. EVA LOGIK got back to me with a suggestion and a video to help get it connected, it did the trick and now I am using it as indented.

Greater than one weekThis switch does exactly what its supposed to - I use Z-wave switches throughout my home and this one is no different, with the exception of being outdoor rated and having a dedicated always hot outlet. It pairs perfectly with Samsung Smart Things, as well as Amazon Alexa for voice control. I have it mounted in an enclosed rear porch to LED string lights. Definitely a winner - especially if youre on the fence about wifi or z-wave - go z wave for switches!

> 3 dayI really like that the two outlets are individually addressable/controllable. I use this primarily for outdoor holiday decorations, but the individual control means that I can borrow the outlet for the garage lights and use it to run my saw temporarily without having to light up the rest of the house in the process.

> 3 dayIt wasnt difficult to set up but tends to go offline a lot. Every few days this device will go offline. Instructions says its good for a hundred feet and Im only 75 feet away. So Im not sure whats going on. I am using Total Connect hub.

> 3 dayThe connected easily to my Hubitat Elevation hub, and I can name and manage both receptacles separately. All for a great price. The only thing I do wish it had was a 90° plug, but I couldnt find any Z-wave devices that do.

> 3 dayLike the apparent quality build, outlet covers, independent switch controls and the manual on/off button. Integrated seamlessly with my OpenHAB 3 system using the ZWave binding. Only downside is that the power connection cord is slightly too short to mount snugly beside my outdoor power outlet. Another 6” would’ve been perfect.

> 3 dayI had this paired with a Wink hub originally and now have gone to a combination Google Home and Samsung Smart things home. Had to reset it, which their support showed me how to do. I cant for the life of me get it in pairing mode. I have paired many devices and cant get this one to work. Support is not helpful. The video is not helpful either. It would be great to get a real person on the phone that could help. If you can get it to work then it works well, its when you have issues that it falls apart. They keep referring me to my original instructions which are long gone.

> 3 dayIts a Z-Wave outdoor plug and it works with Smartthings, so no WiFi is needed. Its a bit more expensive than other WiFi enabled plugs, but the benefit is that you dont have to sign up for an account with the manufacture (i.e. WEMO) to get this to work properly. All you have to do is pair it with your Z-Wave controller (i.e Smartthings). On/Off/Scheduling is already included in the Smartthings app. Depend on the install location, you might have to add a Z-Wave repeater in between your controller and this plug.
