> 3 dayI had this paired with a Wink hub originally and now have gone to a combination Google Home and Samsung Smart things home. Had to reset it, which their support showed me how to do. I cant for the life of me get it in pairing mode. I have paired many devices and cant get this one to work. Support is not helpful. The video is not helpful either. It would be great to get a real person on the phone that could help. If you can get it to work then it works well, its when you have issues that it falls apart. They keep referring me to my original instructions which are long gone.

Greater than one weekThe EvaLogic outdoor smart outlet worked perfectly with my Home Assistant instance. Easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to control. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI purchased this item because I needed the 2 channels. I wanted to be able to control the lights differently from the water flow in the foundation. I had a difficult time initially getting SmartThings to recognize the 2 channels, so I reached out to their support. EVA LOGIK got back to me with a suggestion and a video to help get it connected, it did the trick and now I am using it as indented.

> 3 dayI have purchased two of these in the last month and both failed after a single rain. I suppose this is my fault for positioning this outdoor outlet in a flat position under a canopy. We have had some serious rain the last couple weeks and when the rain let up, my outlet was no longer working either time. Disconnecting the outlet and taking it inside each time allowed standing water to pour out. In both cases, the outlet never worked again. Getting it setup initially was great. I used mine with my SmartThings. It found it quickly, both outlets were easy to configure. I got it working through Alexa very easily as well (maybe thanks to SmartThings?). My expectation was that this device would keep the water out on its own because it was labelled outdoor and IP65. That was an incorrect assumption on my part. IP65 means dustproof and protected against water projected from a nozzle. If I were to spend another $40 on this device, I would disassemble the device and spray the board with Corrosion-X or something similar and then wrap the outlet in plastic.

Greater than one weekOnce connected to Alex it works. Took 3-4 tries to get it connected. Works as expected. Seems to be built well too.

> 3 dayLike the apparent quality build, outlet covers, independent switch controls and the manual on/off button. Integrated seamlessly with my OpenHAB 3 system using the ZWave binding. Only downside is that the power connection cord is slightly too short to mount snugly beside my outdoor power outlet. Another 6” would’ve been perfect.

> 3 dayI bought this to automate my outside Halloween display. SmartThings detected it right away and I was able to incorporate it into my Z-Wave network with no additional software or handlers. It works great.
