> 3 dayWorks great only thing is that you can’t use the accessory cable and HDD box to boot your new drive up. Other than that it’s the perfect way to repurpose your old drive and gain some serious space on your main drive.

> 3 dayI have a Macbook Pro Retina model A1425 and bought this SSD to increase my disk space; as advertised it was a very easy DIY installation (it took me barely 8 mins or so to do it), and after it was installed my Mac is ever running faster. So to me, this was a great purchase. Additionally it was shipped pretty fast, so two thumbs up for this item and the seller.

Greater than one weekSadly, my macbook pro version has no aftermarket RAM upgrade. But the SSD can. This kits is highly recommended and works. My macbook is like a new machine.

> 3 dayI put the SSD into my Mac (doubling the original capacity) and I put the one I took out of my machine into the enclosure and attached it to my sons XBOX. 2 birds with 1 stone!!

> 3 daySince installing I have had a lot of crashing. Something I have never had before. While I cannot contribute this drive to the problem, I have since been told by a MAC shop that these are not a quality drive.
