These are the strongest spoons I have ever wielded. I got to try out a pair at the shop & knew I had to carry these in my travel bag. A bit heavier than plastic levers, but wont split or crack when I try to install a cheap tire that is too tight for my rim. Versatile too: wash em with dishsoap and eat canned chili on the trail!

These will last a lifetime and are great for tight tire beads.

If you want the best tire tool sparing no expense then the TL-6.2 is one to own. I have the TL-1 in my bike bags and in the shop but constantly struggle with the 23-25 mm tires. The TL-6.2 tool is half as thick vs TL-1, and only 1 oz heavier per pair (2.01 oz for pair), BUT, this makes a huge difference in leveraging the tire off the rim. Especially, in the field or saving time at home. Clearly well worth the extra money when struggling and possibly pinching a tube or damaging a very expensive rim set. Do not second guess the price for a tool that will last a lifetime and save you a lot of aggravation.

After breaking 4 nylon tire tools, these finally did the job of removing tubeless mtn bike tires!

I had some old tires on my bike that were laughing at the plastic tire tools from Wal-Mart. These are the real deal. If I ran a bike shop, Id get the longer fancier ones made by Park, but these are great for a serious biker who only changes a tire every day or two.

Never worry about breaking one of these tire levers on a new tire with a tough bead, especially those small 16 tires on kid bikes. Keep a set with me when I bike tour and one set in the home bike shop tool box.

For those tire and carbon rim combinations which are seemingly impossible to mount or remove, these are the only tire levers which can possibly get the job done.
