Way better than the tl6 they replaced. The tl6 was prone to failure from the plastic cladding delaminating from the steel core. These are perfect for keeping in your pack or strapped to your bike. Throw away the garbage plastic levers and buy these. Park still makes the best bike tools. They replaced my damaged tl6 levers with a new set of these. Great company.

Never worry about breaking one of these tire levers on a new tire with a tough bead, especially those small 16 tires on kid bikes. Keep a set with me when I bike tour and one set in the home bike shop tool box.

Works beautifully...i should have bought these in the first place. I must have broken 3-5 of the plastic version.

I get why folks like plastic levers to avoid scratching rims and all but I have broken many of them in a clutch situation. These seem a good compromise

I really struggled changing tires on tubeless-ready wheels - just could not get enough leverage under the tire bead. These steel core levers make a big difference - the tips really grab the tire and the steel doesn’t bend, providing much more leverage than traditional plastic levers. They are slightly heavier than plastic levers, but fit into my bag.

These are fine tire levers - very strong, yet actually a bit smaller than other levers touted as strong. Theyre also a bit heavier, which is expected. Positives: they are steel all the way to the tip and the plastic coating provides good protection to your rims without being too bulky. On the down side, these dont have spoke hooks and theyre quite expensive. The similar but not quite as good Bikehand steel reinforced levers are much cheaper. Way I look at it, if Im stuck on the side of the road with a stubborn flat, Im glad to have spent the extra cash. YMMV.

These tire levers work well and I am very happy about the metal internal reinforcement - I cant imagine them breaking under anything resembling normal use.

Scratched up my carbon road rims and tore apart my tubeless tape. Wish I never bought these and just stuck with plastic levers. Thought I was buying something more durable that I could use for a lifetime. These steel levers worked fine on my kid’s cheap bike rims, but since they damaged 2,000 dollar rims I’m just going to toss them so I can forget the whole ordeal.

Im in love with these levers. I went through a 3-pack of cheap levers which my WTB tires demolished. Then I got a 2-pack of Pedros yellow levers which fared better but I still had a helluva time with. Finally I managed to break one of them with a particularly difficult install and decided to spend the extra money on these. Wow! Now I can get my Trail Boss tires on with near-ease. Plus Im not doing the damage to my tubeless tape that was driving me crazy before. Save yourself the aggravation and get these.
