> 3 dayPlain and simple go for a plastic tire levers. These are double the price and even more when you destroy your wheels or tires. I’ve luckily not damaged my wheels but it’s destroyed two tires in walls with barely any pressure. There is a reason no one else is using steel for these.

> 3 dayI had a set of the old Park plastic leavers for a long time, and through loss finally got down to one. Ordered a new set of those, and broke one on the first use. Must be a different kind of plastic. Ordered these up. Real deal. Not gonna break these on a normal tire installation.

> 3 dayIf you want the best tire tool sparing no expense then the TL-6.2 is one to own. I have the TL-1 in my bike bags and in the shop but constantly struggle with the 23-25 mm tires. The TL-6.2 tool is half as thick vs TL-1, and only 1 oz heavier per pair (2.01 oz for pair), BUT, this makes a huge difference in leveraging the tire off the rim. Especially, in the field or saving time at home. Clearly well worth the extra money when struggling and possibly pinching a tube or damaging a very expensive rim set. Do not second guess the price for a tool that will last a lifetime and save you a lot of aggravation.

Greater than one weekThese work good. Very strong and well made. Steel core makes a difference over the cheaper all plastic ones. Just be cautious with the metal tips. They will scratch your rim and wreck your rim tape if your not paying attention on what your prying on.

Greater than one weekI have a tirenthat is a stubborn SOB. Its like it wanted to be a 650b instead of a 29er. I though Id need a metal reinforced lever for the task so I bought these and for Park Tools reputation. These seemed to want to peal the plastic coating off and simultaneously scratch my rim while scraping rubber off my tire at the bead. Although Im sure I could have gotten them to work, it was better to use the Gorilla Force all plastic levers I bought at the same time. These barely bent and didnt scratch, which was perfect.

> 3 dayMuch much much much better than the all plastic ones. Ive a road bike and some of three tires are insanely hard to put on. I had been breaking the plastic ones which would snap in half. Thanks love these.

> 3 dayI had some old tires on my bike that were laughing at the plastic tire tools from Wal-Mart. These are the real deal. If I ran a bike shop, Id get the longer fancier ones made by Park, but these are great for a serious biker who only changes a tire every day or two.
