> 3 dayIve had enough flats to wear out my old levers. I feel like these are gonna be my final purchase for levers...as long as I dont lose them first.

> 3 dayPerfect for installation and removal of Cushcore inserts. More leverage and less flex than plastic levers.

> 3 dayPark Tool is a great American company. They stand behind their product, and are very customer friendly. These are well made levers, and should last a lifetime.

> 3 dayThese are fine tire levers - very strong, yet actually a bit smaller than other levers touted as strong. Theyre also a bit heavier, which is expected. Positives: they are steel all the way to the tip and the plastic coating provides good protection to your rims without being too bulky. On the down side, these dont have spoke hooks and theyre quite expensive. The similar but not quite as good Bikehand steel reinforced levers are much cheaper. Way I look at it, if Im stuck on the side of the road with a stubborn flat, Im glad to have spent the extra cash. YMMV.

> 3 dayThese are easily the best tire levers Ive every used! Well worth the added cost compared to competitors. These are the first set of levers that Ive seen that have a metal core from tip-to-tip. All of the other steel core tools that Ive seen only have the metal core to the start of the lever part and Ive broken more than a couple of the tips off on a particularly nasty tire change. These are steel to the tip and they are almost certainly thicker (judging by their heft compared to the others) so I dont expect to ever have that problem. Additionally, they are coated with a plastic type of smooth surface that protects your rims and allows them to slide smoothly against the rim. The solid steel competitors can score up your rims. Yes, these are more expensive, but these are also probably the last set of levers that you will ever need to buy! Now excuse me while I go buy another set.... one set for my bike and one set for my at-home toolbox! And I plan I buying these as Christmas/birthday presents for my friends.

> 3 dayI have been a huge fan of Park tools for a VERY long time - at least 30 years, probably closer to 40. For a few years in college i was a mechanic in a local bike shop. I’ve found that despite the high price, their tools are usually worth the higher cost. I was quite shocked however, at these levers. Maybe I’m just completely missing something basic here, but these are incredibly bad! Not only did they severely scratch my black anodized rims, they also ripped the inner tube! Completely unusable. But take this with a grain of salt - most of the other reviews are excellent so this might just be operator stupidity (me). But even if that’s true, keep in my mind that i am a highly experienced mechanic - definitely not a novice. But they didn’t work at all for me…So watch out

> 3 dayNice build quality with easy slip-on coating. simple product. The plastic version may be ok if you seldom change tires. I bought this one because I had bad luck with plastic tools degrading on me over tune. This one is metal. it does what its supposed to do and changing the tube a lot easier.

Greater than one weekBest bicycle tire irons that I have come across, I doubt these will snap under normal or even heavy use.
