> 24 hourIf a passive adaptor did not work for you, this active converter should. I have a HP15 notebook (laptop bought in 2016) & wanted to connect an external keyboard that was over 10 years old. I understand some newer keyboards/computers may work with the passive adaptor, but the active converter has a chip in it.

> 24 hourJust received. Works for a hp pavillion laptop running windows 10 home (USB) and the HP keyboard model kb-0630 (ps/2). Literally plug and play. No delays or issues so far.

> 24 hourThese are a no-brainer. I am addicted to my old ERASE-EAZE keyboards with left-thumb backspace and cannot live without. These adapters only use 1 usb port to connect both keyboard and mouse, they self-install instantly and now I have my ERASE-EAZE keyboards on an i-7 64-bit windows arc-welder. BTW, modern keyboards suck bigtime. As processors advanced, keyboards went backwards.

> 24 hourI have an OLD keyboard, which I love, and this connects the ps2 to usb. It works. That’s 90%. No negative surprises. And it looks like it will last. What more could I want?!

> 24 hourI had purchased this adapter in hopes of being able to use my foot pedal for my transcription work but no uch luck. They were affordable and prongs did match general description. And at $7.55 I couldnt pass up the potential to be able to increase my work speed and accuracy increase exponentially. Which would also be extremely beneficial in regards to my income bracket.

> 24 hourAdapts newer computers to using ps2 key boards and mice. The 2 connectors allow you to use keybnoard and mouse at same time. Seems well made.

> 24 hourIt should be simple, it rarely is simple.... except this time. Plug it in and it works, no fuss, no muss. You have to love things that just work. For the record I have these plugged into laptops without native PS2 ports, through an old TrendNet KVM using Windows 7 Ultimate. It just worked from the getgo, other, cheaper options rotated my screen when plugged in and promptly sent the computer into a tailspin until unplugged

> 24 hourThis converter has worked flawlessly for my various IBM model M keyboards (rubber dome 07H0665, buckling spring 42H1292). Of note: It also works with my vintage IBM mouse (P/N 28L1864). I have also successfully used it with two different Dell QuietKey keyboards. I dont know a ton about this stuff, however if your model M is a terminal board, it will probably not work (mine didnt work despite previously being modded to PS/2); thats what the Soarers converter is for.
