> 3 dayI really like this feeder. It’s smart and it really works. Unfortunately I have a medium size dog and the portion sizes are pretty large when only feeding twice a day. It gets stopped up and doesn’t continue to dispense all of the food. It needs some extra attachments. A larger bowl option, maybe a pedestal so it can sit higher and not get clogged up.

> 3 dayi preferred using batteries instead. The cats have less wires to play with. so far it works like a charm for my 2 adult male cats.

> 3 dayIm very pleased with this product so far. I had to replace a different automatic feeder that had served well for years before it broke, but could only hold four servings. This product holds enough dry food for weeks at a time. The programing is a little counter intuitive. But its not really that hard once you figure it out. The instructions were decent. I like most everything about this design. The dish is stainless steel and removable. The dispenser unit is separable from the dish. The dispensing mechanism is precise and controllable--it seems to be about ⅛ a cup per turn and can be programed to dispense up to 5 turns worth--over a half cup per feeding. The only (minor) complaint is that it is a bit loud as the kibble hits the steel bowl. The 6:00 AM feeding sort of serves as an alarm. w

> 3 dayI guess I have the smartest cat out there because it didn’t take him long to get into this. Pretty disappointed he can just push it around the floor and get the lid off. Customer service is great, so it’s back to the drawing board for us. I would definitely use this company in the future.

> 3 dayBought this before we left on vacation to make things easier for our pet sitter. Turns out, it’s also very handy so my cat doesn’t wake me up in the morning to get his breakfast at whatever time he deems “breakfast time” (usually at least 15 minutes before my alarm). It also allows Chunky McFluffers to get smaller meals throughout the day even when I’m at work so that he doesn’t scarf down his food so fast it comes back up. Controls are easy to use and set up and the large food reservoir means it doesn’t have to be refilled very often. Lock feature for the controls is VERY necessary. Kitty tried hitting the “feed me” button after seeing me use it twice. Only two downsides I’ve seen so far. One is the very loud beep whenever you press a button that actually scares my cat. The other is the sound of food landing in the metal bowl from what sounds like a great height. It’s a great dinner bell for kitty, but meant that the food bowl is no longer anywhere near where I sleep. 10/10 would definitely recommend

> 3 dayYou should definitely skip the meal if the infrared sensor detects the blockage on the outlet. Or at least just play the recording once. It is so annoying to hear the recording repeatedly in case of a blockage happened. Or you can play something different just for the first three times. Or give your customer an option to disable it. You still design it in a way for the cat owner, so you assume the blockage will happen very rarely and needs to have attention from the pet owner. As a dog owner, I can definitely tell you no I dont care about that I just hope it can stop itself from trying to push out the food if it is already full. I am disappointed to see you dont care about dog owners at all.

Greater than one weekThis automatic cat feeder has many options for various portions for up to six times of your choice through each day. And it is very easy to set and program! It is a great value and just what we were looking for!

> 3 dayAlthough most of the comments are positive. Some of the negative ones made me hesitant to purchase. I went ahead and got it anyway. Its been amazing. Sleek and looks nice in my place. Some of the comments said it was hard to setup and set feeding times…i thought it couldnt be easier. Setting the clock and my 2 feeding times took about 2 minutes after reading instruction. The only unclear part was the portion sizes. After playing around with is for 24 hours i have the right portion sizes set. Just ordered another one for my 2nd cat. Very happy!
