Once you get it programmed, you will love it! Don’t set it for too early as it’s a little loud when dispensing food. Our kitty doesn’t like an empty food bowl so this is perfect!! I bought the water fountain water dish too and it’s equally as great!!

This automatic feeder is probably the best purchase of 2023 so far. I never forget to feed my cat with my busy schedule. It was a little difficult to set up but once everything is set you never have to worry again

Started using this pet feeder in Feb 2023, its May and so far so good. Works like it should. No problems, No concerns. Note read directions before setting up, it will make setting timer and food quantity easier.

Works as expected, packaging was nice. Easy to set up and use. Only drawback is figuring out portion sizes but not a huge deal.

I love that the capacity of this holds a full smaller bag of dry cat food, keeps it fresh with a more air-tight container than another feeder I owned, and it takes up less space on the floor. For me, one morning and one evening feeding on the smallest food serving size works. My cat is about 10lbs and her weight has stayed the same. I do give her wet food and dental treats too. I was a little concerned that this feeder would be more challenging after reading other reviews. I found it easy to setup and use. My cat seems to like the shape and size of the food bowl more than her previous feeder. It’s been running consistently for 6 weeks since I set it up and all has been great!

Bought this feeder mostly based on the reviews I read online at Amazon and other websites. Package arrived quickly, well protected in its shipping box, and with no dents or scratches. Setup was easy, and, if you READ the instructions for the programming of times and portions, it goes easily as well. Im pleased with the quality of the feeder, and our LARGE cat is as well. One thing we notice while our cat is getting acquainted with the feeder is that he has a tendency to lean the feeder while exploring. We decided to fill the feed chamber FULL of dry food to increase the weight of the unit for the time being until he gets used to it being there. Were hoping that he wont be pushing on it as he gets more and more used to it. One suggestion to PetLIBRO regarding this feeder it that they add a small icon or indicator to the display panel that shows the unit is properly plugged in to the USB power source. There is a battery indicator/icon, but no wall plug indicator. It would have been nice to know the dimensions of the feeder with the food bowl attached. All of the retail sites that sell the unit only give the dimensions of the actual feeder WITHOUT the bowl. FYI, its 12.25 front to back WITH bowl. And , the power plug adds another half inch in back if you are thinking of pushing it up against a wall. We purchased a feeding mat to go under the feeder (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MEHV8YR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1), but the 12 x 19 mat is a smidge too shallow unless you angle the feeder or use your own smaller bowl, or buy the larger feeding mat (16 x 24) if you have the space. All in all, were looking forward to some more sleep in the morning when our cat expects his dawn feeding.

Works great and easy to configure schedule. This probably depends on the kibble size, but after testing the portion sizes a couple times they seem slightly larger than described in the instructions.

The instructions to set it up are difficult to follow and need more detail about the process. It took many attempts to get it set but now it is working well.

Trust me, if this product wasn’t seamless, my fussy cat would have nothing to do with it. She’s *that* cat. The mechanism is so quiet, it makes no more sound than I did when I would feed her manually. Add that to the programmable portion sizes and meal schedule, and this actually solves *two* of my problems: my cat’s desire to have breakfast at 5 AM and her tendency to eat too much and then throw up. I can set this to give her a half-portion at 5 and then follow it up a few hours later with a second half-portion to get her through to dinner. All the wins!

Having a PetLibro automatic dry food feeder keeps our puppy feeding on schedule. Its easy to set up. Our PetLibro provides pretty accurate food portions and feeding times we programmed. A neat feature allowed me to record my voice notifying our puppy it was time to eat.
