> 24 hourThey work fine. They integrate seamlessly into my Hue network and function as described. That said, they are INCREDIBLY dim to the point of almost being pointless. I keep the lights in my house crazy clearly no one reads in this house dim, and these are too dim for that purpose. They respond well to the hue app and alexa, but they barely exist.

> 24 hourWe have lots of Phillip Hue Bulbs. I traded out one of our lights, and our old bulb was too strong for the new fixture. I grabbed this one hoping that it would be a nice gentle light. Its great. Its a lot more yellow than the previous light, but in all other respects, its working perfectly. Hue bulbs are my preferred connected lightbulb simply because they are nearly error proof.

> 24 hourIf you are looking for one of the Edison style bulbs, double check the temperature rating of the bulbs, especially if you want the option of having anything but an AMBER light. I really wanted a cool white light source, but in an Edison style bulb. My local Home Depot had the bulbs in stock, but not tuneable to cool white. Trust me, Amber is NOT a good task light source!

> 24 hourThis light is easy to add to the Hue app, Google home, or HomeKit, making it easy to set the desired brightness and the schedule you want it on(I use for porch lighting) and then you just let it go!

> 24 hourI bought three of these bulbs in 2020. By 2022, all three have become defective. Two begin flickering when on (annoying) and the other randomly turns on when off. Working with Philips customer service is slow and frustrating. All other Hue bulbs have been great, but these are not worth the price.

> 24 hourThese lights look fantastic, when turned off. But when they’re turned on, they emit a disturbing color of orange. It’s like Halloween in my bathroom now. All the wall paint in the room looks weird under the intense orange light. It’s just awful. Let me say, that I’ve had real Edison bulbs in the past and they emit a soft warm light. I’ve seen LED Edison bulbs on display at Lowe’s and Home Depot and they all have a warm glow. This is what I expected when I bought these bulbs. After I installed them, the color was so shocking that I thought, surely there are color settings in the app so the light can be adjusted, but nope. The color of these bulbs is not soft white. It would best be described as medium orange. The orange is as intense as a Phillips Hue color changing bulbs. My wife and I tried to live with these for a week and we just could not get used to them. So, we’re sending all 8 bulbs back and instead of smart bulbs, we’re going to put in smart light switches and go with regular dumb Edison bulbs. This is a shame. Every bulb in our home is a Phillips Hue. But, these bulbs just have an unacceptable color. I don’t know what Phillips was thinking when they approved the color of the light these bulbs produce. They really could not have picked a worse color.

> 24 hourThe hue of the light is very pleasant from the SIDES of the bulb, but directly underneath the light is more “green” with a dim circle in the center. I’m not sure if this is from the text printed on the bulb — if you’re spending $40 for a single bulb I would hope they can print the technical specs somewhere out of sight — or part of the filament design itself, but it would be a perfect solution for functional + ambient moods if the light was uniform (since it’s not *that* bright to begin with)

> 24 hourNice, but still very bright at 1%. Blinding at anything higher if you look at it directly.

> 24 hourThese connected easily to my Philips Hub. They look great in the 8-light bar fixture I bought for my office. I love that I can raise and lower the intensity with voice commands via my Google Nest Mini. Overall a very good and attractive product. The only negative is the price. Philips has the market cornered a bit, and thats reflected in the pricing. Then again, having a set of lights all connected and command-able via the Nest is really nice to have.

> 24 hourIve had a lamp from Rejuvenation for a while that is just a cage with an Edison bulb, and because all of my other lamps have Hue bulbs, this one has gotten neglected for a while. I was so thrilled to see Hue release an Edison bulb! The light is gorgeously warm - sometimes I mistake it out of the corner of my eye for candlelight - and its dimming feature is excellent. Its very pricy for what it is, especially since my other bulbs are white and color, but I imagine that like other Hue products the price will go down over time. Being able to have an exposed bulb and still have Hue features is really excellent, though.
