Absolutely the best Christmas gift I could have picked for my mother. Setup was incredibly easy with the Google home ecosystem already in place. Physically it was as simple as plugging the bridge into your home router and screwing the bulbs in. Naming the rooms and what each light you want is incredibly simple. Easily the one thing this holiday season I have no regrets about purchasing.

Doesnt pair with the Alexa apps.

My whole home is HomeKit equipped. The only thing that gives me problems are the Hue products from Philips. When they work - great. When they dont - Not so great.

I bought these lights for my room hoping to set them on some sort of fade or transition and use them with music but in order to do that you have to buy an app with in app purchases (which honestly only works half the time and isn’t worth the extra money) and the lights themselves are just too much work. My roommate bought the $10 amazon ones and they kill it and look sick. I am just bummed I paid so much for them and they can’t even do the simple things (yes the lights are nice and can go to any color you want but using hue labs to get creative is not worth it. Just buy the cheap ones that come with a remote and put the other $100 to good use). I wish I was well informed before I bought these. Hopefully they come out with an update or something.

These bulbs are the most expensive on the market , but they are worth it. 16 mikkionm

I ordered the package that was supposed to include the bridge and 4 bulbs but instead I received the one with 3 bulbs and a switch. The only reason I give 3 stars is because I received the product very fast just wish I would have gotten the correct bundle.

Playing with different color hues is fun. However, cannot set a default color when the switch is flipped on...i think this is a major limitation.

Great product

I love the Hue lighting system! It sets up very easy and integrates well into Apple Homekit. Its great telling Siri to turn certain lights on in certain rooms at home when im still away from home. I think its a nice extra security measure, to give the appearance that someone is home.
