I wish Pokémon would stop assuming so many players are only after the end game or multiplayer battles. If we want to evolve without trading let us. The MP shop is not nearly enough as it costs too much time. People playing MP use save editors anyway. Some of us want the full experience without having to spend an arm and a leg for trading. This game may have only one version but it does not address that issue effectively. Also stop locking certain items beyond the main story for the same reasons. No wonder cheats and save editors are a thing. Not everyone has the time to put up with this

Anyone that loves completing the pokedex and catching them all this is the game for you. If you like a challenge and interesting battles then pass on this title. Its nice to have a new style of pokemon to play, but I do wish the game had a bit more difficulty. Way too easy.

This is a great Pokémon game with a good story. The mechanics are unique and they have their kinks but this game is paving the way for their future games. It’s fun to play and beautiful to explore.

This game is a bit of a departure from the typical way Pokémon are seen/caught, in a great way. Has a real open world feel to it, really lets the players explore the maps. There is really only one main issue - the graphics are pretty bad. While other games like Breath of the Wild and Fenyx Rising have amazing views/vistas, everything looks a lot more dull in arceus. But the new mechanics and game play definitely make up for it.

This game plays like no other Pokémon game before. The mechanics of Sword/Shield’s Wild Areas with so much more to offer! I was worried it would be too different but I enjoy it. I’ve been playing since Gameboy and I know many will be upset about the massive changes, but I think it was executed very well and overall this is a fun, brilliant new adaptation for Pokemon to join the latest trends while still remaining VERY iconic!

Truly recaptures the adventure of the original games.

Pokemon has felt so stale for years with the same basic gameplay ever single release and Gamefreak making questionable choices. I now have renewed hope that games like this may become normal and better over time. If anything it is a great game for fans of the series and a must play for someone who loves Pokemon.

Game gives off Monster Hunter vibes, but the look of the game is bad. I enjoy playing it, product is good, and case was in good condition. Only complaint (and everyones complaint) is the poor graphics with lots of pop-in. Pop-ins can be anything from pokemon to large trees and a flying Gyarados. If you want a Monster Hunter like game without the armor builds, here it is. Just look up game play before you buy.

Embark on survey missions in the ancient Hisui region. Explore natural expanses to catch wild Pokémon by learning their behavior, sneaking up, and throwing a well-aimed Poké Ball. You can also toss the Poké Ball containing your ally Pokémon near a wild Pokémon to seamlessly enter battle. Travel across land, sea, and sky on the backs of Pokémon to explore every corner of the Hisui region.

Travel to the Hisui region—the Sinnoh of old—and build the region’s first Pokédex

Your adventure takes place in the expansive natural majesty of the Hisui region, where you are tasked with studying Pokémon to complete the region’s first Pokédex. Mount Coronet rises from the center, surrounded on all sides by areas with distinct environments. In this era—long before the events of the Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl games—you can find newly discovered Pokémon like Wyrdeer, an evolution of Stantler, and new regional forms like Hisuian Growlithe, Hisuian Zorua, and Hisuian Zoroark! Along the way, uncover the mystery surrounding the Mythical Pokémon known as Arceus.

A free software update brings special mass outbreaks and new challenges

In the free Daybreak update, you will begin investigating mysterious mass outbreaks of Pokémon that are popping up all over the Hisui region. You’ll also have a chance to battle powerful opponents like Legendary Pokémon in Eternal Battle Reverie and wardens at the Jubilife Village training grounds. Daybreak content will be available after viewing the game’s end credits. The Eternal Battle Reverie will become available after completing all missions.
