Have outside under ceiling in screened porch for over 1 yr now. Not showing any signs of weathering. Great sound, too!!

If you want more bass, then place these near the eaves. They sound superb.

They sound great! They need a little more bass but they still sound wonderful and clear.

Sounds great. Mounted in lanai (no direct sun, no rain, not protected from heat or humidity) for last year plus in SW Florida with high heat and humidity.

These are really great outdoor speakers, with a wide soundstage and very deep base. I would say that you best have a decent amp to drive them though. Underpowered amps will not express nearly as well. Also, they are pretty darn heavy for outdoor speakers, so be sure you have something sturdy to mount them on. We have them hooked up to an old HK amp, and they kick hard.

Totally totally love Polk audio speakers they’re just awesome

I wanted to replace some inexpensive speakers to hear better quality sound from my receiver and from the tv which is connected to my receiver. My wife said the new speakers had to be white and I knew that the speakers needed to be mounted to the ceiling under an ac duct. I was somewhat limited in options and I was hesitant to buy an outdoor speaker to use indoors but I found that it was almost a necessity if I was going to get white speakers. I listened to some Bose 161 speakers but I did not like the way they sounded. I was not able to listen to these Polk speakers before buying them but I decided that they had to sound better than the Bose and the reviews were favorable so I bought them before I ever heard them. I am very pleased. I am not an audio expert but I would describe the sound from them as rich and full with good base and with clear, distinct treble. I would highly recommend these speakers.

Fully as the description states. Went with Polk as all other speakers in the house are Polk. Installed in 10 minutes, sounds great, and looks great too!
