Great sounding speakers, easy to mount

Easy to install easy to use

These sound great even with a old Yamaha receiver that I had laying around to check the wiring. Can’t wait to hear them with good clean amp. Mounting is super easy.

I tried these for my deck as they sounded virtually bulletproof with regards to the elements. I wanted full range speakers and so you need bigger drivers to get there. On paper these were a perfect fit. I like the mounting braket. Very simple, flexible, and intuitive. They are nice looking clean speakers. The only problem was the sound. I got unacceptable levels of distortion at modest volume levels. The speakers are rated down to the 50Htz range, but I really felt like this was pushing it. I wonder if they cut off the low end around 60 or 70 they would have sounded better, but they really seemed to struggle with drums, bass, etc sounding very distorted. I returned them, and the seller was very good and prompt with my return, so I appreciate that. I wanted to like these but they just didnt work. I ended up going with

Love these speakers. A lot bigger than our current Atrium 4s but they were just as easy to mount. I have a home built sub for the deck so I dont rely on these for bass but Im sure they would be adequate. They are fantastic for mid and high.

I replaced a 20 year old outdoor speaker that lasted much longer than I ever expected. They were the AR acususic research. They were a nice sounding quality speaker. I installed these and will say the sound is awesome. The music fills the entire back yard. Good bass and crisp sound. I do recommend purchasing these speakers.
