Sound quality was terrible. Read all the reviews before I bought them. Hooked them up to a brand new Pyle 200 watt receiver and the woofers were farting and buzzing at 1/3 volume. Hooked them up to my lg shelf system and they sounded just as bad. Hooked the lg speakers up to the Pyle receiver just to rule out the power supply and they sounded great. If the reviews of the atrium 6 are true, then the pair I received must be damaged or defective from the manufacturer.

Replaced a pair of Klipsch speakers with these Polk Audio speakers. What a difference. The Polk Audio’s blow the old ones away. Clearer sounding and more bass. Highly recommend these speakers.

These are the 2nd batch Ive installed. Sound nice, vibe nice. Last set went outdoors on the patio, I liked them so much this set (6) went inside. Sound good, look good, probably last forever - whats not to like? dlb

These are extremely well made and nice sounding speakers. They are a great value if you find them on sale. The included brackets are adjustable and sturdy, and allow fairly easy removal. I am fairly picky about sound and I would say the sound is similar to my small RT Polk bookshelf speaker, with pretty good bass, but a little less air. They are plenty good enough for outdoor music. I mounted these under an eve, and have watched outdoor movies listening to these without a subwoofer, and they were not lacking. Of course adding a subwoofer would elevate the experience.

I already had a Pair of Atrium5 speakers and thought I would update at a great price. Not to say these were not good speakers but didnt think they were much better than what I already had and sent them back. But would always recommend Polk outdoor speakers for anyone looking for great sound.
