Great for our outdoor patio! Great sound and easy to install!

I bought a pair of these to replace the Definitive Technology AW6500 speakers I installed on our patio five years ago, having been very happy with a pair of Polk tower speakers I recently installed in our family room. Despite the fact they’re physically smaller and have smaller bass/midrange drivers, the sound is fantastic and noticeably better than the speakers they replaced. I have them mounted under the eaves of our back roof and the amount of undistorted bass they pump out with no subwoofer is nothing short of amazing, and the mid-range and highs are also impressively detailed. They’re paired with a Denon AVR-S750H receiver which can be remotely controlled by Alexa and Heos apps on our phones. Highly recommended!

Driving these with a Sonos Amp on my back deck. I expected phenomenal sound but Im blown away with the bass and overall volume these things are capable of. Ill have the cops showing up long before I get to the max volume these can handle. Incredibly happy with this purchase.

For $200 these sound great. No regrets!

Very happy with the sound from these speakers. Got them for the patio around the pool, and had planned to add a sub-woofer. However, the bass is pretty good out of these guys, so Im holding off on the sub-woofer. Update after almost a year: Ive moved these speakers around a bit, and now have them suspended from a shed like overhang. They are amazingly bright and clear. I can put something like an acoustic guitar solo on, and everyone is completely blown away by the sound. Ive got just a bit of bass boost into them (due to their mounting position, suspended in mid-air), and the sound is even and balanced. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

Best bang for the buck in high quality, high fidelity, outdoor speakers. I prefer these to offerings from Bose and Definitive Technology. Sounds as good or better than both of these other brands but is more reasonably priced. Very well built. Polk may not have the same name caché as Def Tech, but they more than deliver in sound quality and engineering.

Money well spent! These are amazing and easy to install.
