This product may have been bit better than similar products in this setting and quality, yet the punches were dull and not well aligned with the punch pad on clicking in rotation. I found the product acceptable but lacking the finer points needed for anything but a starter level craftsman. This means it is better than its competition but you will get only what you almost paid for so, expectations should not be too high for higher trade level leather workers.

Purchased this leather hole punch so I could add metal gears (steampunk) to leather cuffs. Worked perfectly, I was able to punch the holes easily and attach the items (brass rivets) easily.

I was unhappy that I had to read the instructions but thank goodness I did! It is easy to use, even with a migraine! It feels like it will hold up well for years to come!

Used it to put a hole in a leather belt for my work pants.

Buying the right belt is a challenge and then you get it home and find out the holes that are there, do not provide the right level of fit. One of the holes is too tight and the next one is too loose. I would use my drill to make a new hole, it would do the job, but sometimes it would scratch the belt or the hole would be too small/too big. Also, my wife has purses where shed like the strap adjusted. This device works so well and I cant believe its taken me this long to purchase one. Do not hesitate to buy this - high quality craftsmanship and it works just great!

So far I am not impressed. No instructions included. The red plastic thing that shows the sizes is completely loose and does not rotate with the heads. I just have to eyeball to guess which size I am trying to use. But the worst thing is the size. It is gigantic! Way too large for small hands like mine. I will be returning it. This makes the fourth hole punch I have purchased and so far none of them work as well as the one my friend has. Hers is small, makes nice clean cuts and is easy to use. I cannot locate a duplicate online.

Towards the end of January I had gastric bypass surgery. Since then I have lost over 50 pounds and taken 6 inches off my waist line. As a result my belts, which I purchased from Bullhide Belts, no longer fit me. They are too long. I bought the Pro -Master hole puncher so I could get a little more life out of my belts. Bullhide Belts are made from a single piece of leather and they are thick. I was a little worried about the hole punch being able to cut through them. Turns out there was no need to worry. I set the head to use the largest punch size, put my belt in it and squeezed, and it easily cut a hole through the belt. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend this device to anyone who needs to resize a belt.

I used the leather hold punch on my long straps purse and it was flawless!

Only used it once but found it to be good quality.
