I used this for the first time today and so far, so good. It’s easy to use and doesn’t hurt. I did buy the lidocaine and hyaluronic acid that was recommended when purchasing. I think both are necessary. I also used a collagen face mask after the treatment, like I saw in one video. I watched a lot of YouTube videos before using. I didn’t bleed and only had a slight pink, sunburn look for a few hours. I don’t know if it’s because the tool isn’t working properly or if it’s just my skin. I have used a 0.5mm roller before and never had bleeding then either. You’re only supposed to microneedle every 6 weeks, so with all of the cartridges this pen comes with, it should last a year. I read that the 16 pin cartridges are for the face and 36 pin cartridges are for larger areas such as the body or scalp. My mother-in-law spent over $1,000 for one treatment with her esthetician. For the price, I think this pen is a great deal and worth a shot.

This microneedling pen is awesome! Its extremely easy to use/figure out. I love that its so sterile with all the disposable cartridges included. Ive used it twice now and my skin looks amazing. Ive seriously been getting compliments on how great my skin looks. I even did my husbands face and we both could tell a huge difference in just one use! So glad I purchased this. Way cheaper than a spa!! It comes with a charging cord. But I havent had to charge it yet even after having it for a few months. I did buy some hyaluronic acid and numbing cream to use with it. Dont feel a thing with the numbing cream.

The reviews were one of the main reasons I decided to make this purchase. It’s so easy to use which I love. depending on your pain tolerance you can feel it but I like that because I know it’s working. After one use the next couple days I truly felt a difference in my skin and others commented. I can’t wait to use this again!!!

I purchased the Sergand Professional Microneedling Pen after reading an article that it was one of the best microneedling devices for resurfacing the skin, especially minor scars. The device is easy to use, the needles are easy to install on the pen device and most importantly, I have gotten a great result for a very affordable price. The needles come packaged individually in a sterile one time use package. The quality of both the needles and the pen seem exellent to me. Another reason I ordered the Sergand Microneedling Pen is because of the ease in being able to order replacement needle cartridges. The Pen comes with plenty, although if you use 1 to 2 times a month regularly you will need to order more eventually and that is easy to do. I have used the device 4 times and the depressed scar (very similar to acne scars) is filling in and becoming smoother and more level with the surrounding skin. I had intended to only use this on the scar but because of the ease of use, and after watching a few instructional videos decided to use it on both my face and neck. Also, the needles seem so nice that I didnt want to waste them on just a small area if I could get the benefit on my entire face. It has definitely decreased the fine lines on the forehead, mouth, and between the eyebrows. I am not one to recommend products that often to friends but I have recommended this product because I dont see how another device could work any better and have been very happy with the device as well as the results acheived with only two months of using. Glad I purchased the Sergand Professional Microneedling Pen!

This was such a great investment. This pen works so amazing. I love that it comes with so many different needle counts so that you can use it regularly. My skin and scarring has already improved within a few uses. It has also saved me money doing it myself now. It’s very easy to use. I have recommended it to so many friends already.

Easy to use. Comfortably fits in your hand. Multiple setting depths for different areas. Storage bag and comes with a lot of cartridges. Love it, it does what is said to expect. I need a few more treatments for a deep brown spot but in 2 treatments it is significantly lighter.

Im loving this. I do my face every 2 weeks and now I started my body, under chin as well. My under chin fat has improved so much. The fat looks less, it lift you saggy skin. I truly recommend this. Read the instructions 1st so you dont the waste needles.
