The product is easy to use. However, needle cartridges easily pop out when the pen is spinning even I try to make sure to get the cartridge securely inserted and locked to the pen. The pen design seems not support a secure/safe holding of needle cartridges when it is spinning. the cartridge is easy to come loose from the pen.

Very impressed by the quality of this product, very well made. So far tested it couple of times, you can feel the effect, but its not painful. I would recommend this product

From someone who’d spent $600+ a session few years ago, this is the best one I’ve found. Very well made yet light weight and gentle at a great price! Easy to use and most importantly, does not cause irritation. I have a very sensitive skin and eczema. It left couple of pink spots that were gone in 15 minutes. I know this takes time to see results, but coworkers and neighbors complemented my skin the next day! And for all that, I’m grateful I found this little thing!

Great Micro Needling pen. It charges so fast, almost instantly for immediate use. Changing speed and depth settings are quick and straight forward. The box contains “how-to” informational on speed, needle depth, and needle count for multiple types of procedures.

First time use, there were no directions and I had to watch numerous U-tube videos. Still not really sure about the three different Pen tips and when to use which one. It takes time to see results, so dont really know the outcome at this time. It seems to work, may face was a little red and tingle for a short time period. Will continue to use and seek some additional instructions about how to use this particular pen.

I have used this pen for about a month and a half and am amazed at the results ... definitely recommend it for smooth, flawless skin.

Took me a long time to decide if microneedling is for me. I suffer from after acne face. Many people warmed me not to use it or buy it. Instructions are supper easy. Everything comes in sterile bags. Use one end at the time. First time using it my face got red and it but it did not hurt a lot. I see a little difference and My face is peeling the old skin is coming off. It feel like new haha. Definitely worth the money time and try. You cant go wrong with the price and how easy it is.
