I bought this product in September 2022. I am now writing this review because I wanted to use this item well before I did. Fist please cartridges are one time use not to be used over and over even if you use rubbing alcohol. Of course, before using cartridges soak in rubbing alcohol. From what I understand based on my research, that more needles mean less penetration and it will be less discomfort on skin. The analogy Penny Smith used was golden. It is like a bed of nails if you were to stand on one nail it will pierce skin but say 20 nails may not. I use the progressive not aggressive approach. I do .5 - 1 on my face and I do so every 6-8 weeks. My skin feels like it is sunburnt after, but this subsides after a couple hours and after application of product. I use niacinamide and cerave moisturizing cream on the day I do treatment. I feel as if my laugh lines have softened. I hope for more improvement with consistent use. Stretch marks. This really blew my mind. I used it on stretch marks over 30 years old and there was a significant improvement. On my body I go bet 1.5 - 2 but I dont do it until it bleeds. No just pass until it looks a bit pink. I use 16 pin I have found this works better. This is quite easy to use just do research first. Penny Smith Master Esthetician with be a good way to go.
