I had been shopping around for a micro needling pen for awhile and came across this Sergand Pen. Works great, long lasting battery and comes with a bunch of needles!!

This is the best tool ever! I thought I would give this product a try instead of spending 3$$$ times the amount at the spa. It not only does what a spa treatment would do it has additional benefits. The nano tool is great for using 2 times per week. Nano smoothes the skin and removes imperfections (such as peach fuzz) on the face, and dark spots. I noticed a big difference after the first time I used it. That was a surprise. I purchased the tool to use as a collagen booster. It works great for that too and I dont have the burning pain that I get from the spa. I noticed a big difference after the first time I used it and by my second treatment my skin became much smoother on my upper lip and my chin. Additional benefits include wire free handling, several pen tips, and adjustable needle length. If I could give this product 10 stars I would - Love, Love, Love it!

I actually used this microneedling pen to do a BB glow treatment on my face with foundation pigment that I also purchased on Amazon. I was originally going to get the BB glow treatment at my local day spa but it was going to be mad expensive. I can get the same results at home for a fraction of the price. It also allowed me to make sure everything was completely sterile. Win win!

I bought this for my wife. She has only used it once but the results are noticeable. Adding lidocaine ahead of time diminished any discomfort from the needles. Hyaluronic acid is definitely a must for keeping the pen gliding smoothly. The process was quickly and painless. She experienced redness the next day but afterwards her skin was glowing and very soft. Suffering from rosacea and sensitivity to many things, this seems to have helped. She is looking forward to the next treatment in a couple of weeks. Definitely recommend this product.

Ive been using another derma roller or stamp. Absolutely microneedling is effective skin improvement in smoothness and tightness. However it always needs sterilization with alcohol. This device is very convenient to control the length of needle and strength. Above all it contains more tips for further usages than other devices. I love that point and can buy more tips easy at a good value. I think it was great buy for my skin!

I am loving this product. I have been using it on myself and my husband. I have noticed a huge improvement in my husband’s skin already. His wrinkles are smoothing out and his face looks radiant. We are in our 70’s determined to fight old age as much as we can and this product will save you thousands of dollars doing this at home.

I wasn’t sure if it would give same effect as going to a spa but it does. So far I’ve been pleased. I would buy again and recommend.

So I have used this twice it is very easy to use. I have not used enough to know if it makes a difference in my wrinkles or scars yet. The product works as expected and I am actually excited to use it more. I did not have any issues with using and the packaging was very good as well.
