this tool has been a game changer for my skin! the results are so worth every penny. Make sure you use numbing cream thou! it’s pretty painful if you don’t.

I just got my own and it works fine. Luckily I thought ahead to try and order some replacement cartridges. I was hoping to find some 12 pin cartridges. Nope! So I tried to get some 16 pin cartridges (Ive already used 2). Well, it looks like you cant get them on Amazon or anywhere else! You can only get the the nano cartridges and a few other ones that I dont want. I dont know if this item is leftover stock from a company that went out of business or what, but if you buy this you are likely to be out of luck when you run out of cartridges!! Returning mine for a Dr Pen.

This is one of the best things Ive ever purchased! Would totally recommend and repurchase! For years have been buying creams and serums, and all kinds of products to combat, correct, and repair facial wrinkles, usually at 1/3 to 1/2 the price of this unit and this is the 1st product to ever produce visible signs of improvement to my facial wrinkles. I wish I had purchased it sooner, I think this product actually saved me money, and has become my primary facial treatment. My only complaint is not being able to find needle refills.

Easy to use. Comfortably fits in your hand. Multiple setting depths for different areas. Storage bag and comes with a lot of cartridges. Love it, it does what is said to expect. I need a few more treatments for a deep brown spot but in 2 treatments it is significantly lighter.
