The Sergand microneedling tool is great! Its light weight which makes it easy to glide all over your face. This tool does the same thing as expensive treatments done in doctors offices. I watched a couple of YouTube videos prior to using. I have used it twice now and I am very satisfied with the results. I usually wait about a month in between each use. I would definitely recommend this product!

The device itself seems sturdy but the needle heads that go onto device seem tough to attach and secure at times. It is a small twist that secures it and while it hasnt flew off while using it does take me a min to remember how it stays on each time I use this. Would feel better if the needles attached more firmly to device. Improve the needles and it is perfect. Have been using every 2 to 4 weeks and no issues otherwise.

product is easy to use. I watched video and bought both the lidocaine cream and the hyaluronic acid serum. didnt feel any pain. After an hour, i felt a little tingle and the tightness of the skin. there are a lot of videos on how to proceed on you tube. I suggest viewing the videos before using the microneedle and the creams. test the creams on a small spot-on you self before using in case of allergies. dont expect results on the first try specially on the deeper wriggles.

I’ve used a few different brands of micro-needling devices and this is my favorite so far. It’s easy to use and stays charged for a long time! Other pens have stopped working l after a few weeks of using but not this one. Good purchase!

After doing some research I decided on this pen that met all my expectations. It has multiple settings for depth of needle and speed, cartridges all sterile, individually packaged, and disposable. The battery has a nice life. I watched a lot of videos to learn about this, and it seems pretty straightforward and simple. I use this pen with Hyaluronic Acid Serum It works well and isnt as painful as I feared it might be. Would recommend using numbing cream 20-30 minutes before if you plan to go deep that 0.5. I would definitely recommend the product
