My item didnt come with any instructions/manual. So I didnt know what to do until I read other reviews and saw that someone posted their booklet so Im taking away a star for that. Ive only used the item once as the recommend timeframe states to use it between 15-20 days for stretch marks so Im waiting to see if there are any improvements. I used numbing cream and hyaluronic acid serum and I didnt feel any pain.

This is a quality pen and is easy to use. I like that it came with clear instructions on how to use. I was skeptical that it would work as well as the ones they use at my dermatologist and was pleasantly surprised with my results. I could see a an improvement in skin laxity after one use. Saves a lot of money doing it myself at home. Great purchase!

I love this pen. Ive used it 4 times so far. 3 Nano sessions and 1 micro session. Charges well, lots of cartridges and is easy to use and hold. Ive recommended it to several people already.

The Sergand microneedling tool is great! Its light weight which makes it easy to glide all over your face. This tool does the same thing as expensive treatments done in doctors offices. I watched a couple of YouTube videos prior to using. I have used it twice now and I am very satisfied with the results. I usually wait about a month in between each use. I would definitely recommend this product!

Love this at home micro needling pen. Saves so much money when appts usually run 200+ at an aesthetician office! Use with a good serum to get best results. Was just a little red afterwards but nothing major. I did a test spot just to make sure. Can’t wait for this neck to tighten up! Photos to come once I get a few more sessions in.

At first the needles would not lock in and kept poping off. I kept trying with different needles. At some point of trying multiple times the needles started to lock in. It was frustrating for awhile but now I am very satisfied with this micro needling device. I would have given 5 stars if not for the beginning when needles would not lock in. Once they startef locking in it works great.
