Upon opening the package, the Sergand microneedling pen makes a good first impression. It is a solid and high-quality pen. The instruction manual does a good job of explaining the controls and how to use pen. It also provides useful tips and suggested control settings. There are plenty of YouTube videos if you want a complete explanation of microneedling treatments. The pen works very well, it surpassed my expectations and I have zero complaints. Besides the commonly known skin benefits associated with microneedling, the process has also been successfully used to treat warts. I was interested in micro needling to get rid of acne scars on my face and shoulders but after pricing it professional clinics i found that single treatments could run 300 to 500 per session. i decided to try my luck and what i’ve found is it’s surprisingly easy as long as you have access to lidocaine ointment (treatment can be irritating). the results have been great, my girlfriend helps me and it is an incredibly simple and straightforward tool; easy to use and reliable. After my third session i could barely see any signs of the previous cratering that had been there prior. my only wish is that they would sell replacement cartridges, ive gone through 5 in 3 sessions. still its so much cheaper this way, even buying a new pen is worth it.

I bought this to address some of my acne scars after seeing videos on Youtube of it working. I wanted something that had an adjustable budget and was also wireless so this fit all the specifications I was looking for. It has a wide range of needles that you can use, and it also adjusts based on your desired depth. Be advised that it can go up to 2.5mm so make sure you check it before proceeding. I also tested on my hand first to make sure that it wouldnt harm my skin. Overall, after using it for a few sessions I can say it works as advertised and that Im very pleased with my purchase.

I love the quality of this product. And the results are amazing- fine lines diminished, pore size reduced in just two uses. Be sure to do it at bed time and follow instructions for best results.
