product is easy to use. I watched video and bought both the lidocaine cream and the hyaluronic acid serum. didnt feel any pain. After an hour, i felt a little tingle and the tightness of the skin. there are a lot of videos on how to proceed on you tube. I suggest viewing the videos before using the microneedle and the creams. test the creams on a small spot-on you self before using in case of allergies. dont expect results on the first try specially on the deeper wriggles.

I am in my 50s and the wrinkles are starting to show. I decided to try microneedlling at home so that I had control of the pain. I bought a numbing cream which helped tremendously so I recommend getting some of that. I am able to control the depth of the needles so on more delicate parts of my face I turned the depth down. My face was red for about two days and it is recommended that you dont wear makeup for 48 hours so make sure you have time to heal before something important is coming up. After the redness was gone, I was able to see a difference. Of course my wrinkles and slight sagginess around my mouth wasnt completely fixed, I could still see a positive difference. I will continue to use this monthly and see more of a difference. Also, watch some videos on how to do it and get some kind of serum to put on your face to help the microneedling pen glide. I highly recommend this pen!

Awesome batter life, can definitely tell that my skin glows after using this

I just got my own and it works fine. Luckily I thought ahead to try and order some replacement cartridges. I was hoping to find some 12 pin cartridges. Nope! So I tried to get some 16 pin cartridges (Ive already used 2). Well, it looks like you cant get them on Amazon or anywhere else! You can only get the the nano cartridges and a few other ones that I dont want. I dont know if this item is leftover stock from a company that went out of business or what, but if you buy this you are likely to be out of luck when you run out of cartridges!! Returning mine for a Dr Pen.

This product is amazing. You can see a difference a day after your first use. I microneedle about once Every 4 to 6 weeks. My skin just keeps improving. I definitely recommend
