Detailed instructions would have been nice. or a link to their youtube video online. The screen was fine. I was successful on second try.

It was easy to change on the iPad. The response to touch is not as good as expected.

Working as expected

I bought this product after researching a few ways to inexpensively replace my daughters cracked screen. I was hesitant that it would include everything I needed for this low price (I was quoted $90 for a local business to repair the screen). Long story short, this does contain everything you need, and if you follow the instructions (available online), your iPad will look like new in about an hour. Be warned that the lengthiest part of the repair will be removing your old cracked screen and PLEASE! wear eye protection while doing that, as splinters of glass can and do fly off the screen in all directions. I highly recommend this product as a very inexpensive and very effective solution to your cracked iPad case. I just came back to buy another one for my other daughters iPad :)

Iad mini screen just crack easily and it did last for almost a month. Crack again and touch screen is not working again.. Need to get a better one..

Fitment was not good. Did not even sit in the frame. Had to use it because I un installed the old one. Not happy with this product. Don’t buy it.

The screen was very easy to change with the including tools but after about 2 months of use parts of the screen became unresponsive.

I am grateful that I didn’t have to pay a lot to repair my daughters iPad, BUT I almost wish I had. This takes a lot of patience and carful eyesight to install. There are a lot of little bity screws and it takes forever to get it installed. One tip: make sure you remove ALL adhesive materials from the previous screen or it will not stick correctly. Good for the price if you have time and patience.
