Touch screen didnt work Im not happy with this product and because I have a busy schedule and couldnt put it in until 33 days after purchase I cant exchange it. Thanks wont be buying your product again.

The replacement digitizer worked well enough, but the connector that connects to the motherboard was approximately 1 cm out of proper alignment and required some adjustment (by unwrapping the black covering that bound it and repositioning it) for it to connect and lay properly). Not a HUGE deal for someone who is comfortable making this adjustment, but could cause issues with excess bending/stress on the connector cable if not adjusted before installing. Adhesion was so so and required the use of some E-7000 adhesive in some spots to properly secure the digitizer. Overall not bad, but certainly not great.

Tablet did not work well with this replacement

Had to go on line to get instructions to replace the screen. Took over an hour to figure it out. Instructions need to be included with this product.

As advertized. Not a job for the novice. The worst part is heating up the screen with a hair dryer to remove the glass. A very fragile operation. (and then, in removing any and all glass shards left behind.) Trust me, once you open the ipad up you will have crazy respect for the aliens who engineered this thing.

Great product. It took me a while only because my daughter totally shattered the screen. It took me longer to get all of the glass off than it did to install the new one. I used an online video and it was super simple.
