Don’t waste your money, it doesn’t work.

This disk didnt work at all when I followed the instructions. It wouldnt even start the process. I tried contacting tech support and got no response. Total waste of money for me.

I was back into my computer in less than 5 minutes. Worked great. Very easy to use.

Was not able to use and found a one for zero price online that easily downloads to any usb

Locked myself out of my computer - dont use everyday. The power went out now Im faced with login screen (Oops forgot password) Now what do you do? Thank God I bought this disc for someone else it saved the day. Told my friend dont you dare lose that, I may need it again.
